I had never heard of you guys at all but coming in today (May 17, 2023 8:00am) was an amazing experience. The ladies at the desk were super friendly and the nurse who gave me a TB test, explained everything to me from a to z. It was a very good experience. KEEP IT UP!!!!!

Dr. Warren was lovely, he addressed all my concerns. The provider genuinely cares for the patients and it felt like I was visiting my PCP (It’s rare to receive auch personalized care at UC). He gave me a breathing treatment in office and I left feeling better.

The Doctor was incredible, one of a kind! We asked very detailed questions to understand my parents and listened carefully. We was also very inclusive, allowing me to translate to my parents. I felt he cared

My 2 yr old daughter was so sick that she cannot keep her food/milk down. She felt so weak from throwing up. So I decided to take her the urgent care (took the first available appt I can find) When I got there I was told her insurance does not cover her urgent care visit. Staff are not very friendly. Does not introduce themselves. One person was already assisting us and she is not able to get my daughter’s weight. Another person came and just took my daughter off from me without saying anything. But still unable to get her weight. Suggested to them to weigh both of us. Then I’ll weigh myself after and subtract it. But they did not do it. Hoping they know how to deal with kids better.  Nurse practitioner came telling me that my daughter is not cooperative??? Excuse me??? Told me to go to children’s hospital or ed instead. He is also telling us that he cannot prescribe meds for her.  Even anti-emetics??? Really??? What kind of NP are you? I do know that NP do prescribe meds. So we were not helped at all. Had to take my daughter home… and just do home remedy stuff since they are not able to help us… I will not recommend to see him.
