I went to the ER 2 times in one day for vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain. I wanted to be admitted for bowel rest with normal saline. The DR in the ER have horrible bedside manner.

Horrible experience. They were more concerned about the money up front for my transfer then the welfare of the patient.

It appeared that they did not know what they were doing and all they were concerned about was the money and not the welfare of the patient. My crying wife had to pay for my ambulance ride in advance before they would let me leave despite them being unable to perform further care.
