I looked at the reviews while I was waiting the room to be seen by the Dr because I knew I couldn’t be the only one who felt the same way about my visit. Prior to coming here my father AND sister n law both warned me about how rude the front desk people can be but I wasn’t worried. Upon looking at reviews while waiting it seems like I’m 1 of MANY who feel the exact same way. They are soo rude to people who don’t have any insurance, my daughter & I both had insurance that I guess wasn’t acceptable there & they were rude about that as well. They are very loud when asking about what insurance you have & if you don’t have any they let it be known to the whole waiting area you don’t have insurance. I told her what insurance my daughter and I have and she was still very loud and very rude about them not accepting that insurance. She was huffing and puffing and sighing the whole time like my family and I are a problem to them, if she don’t like her job she shouldn’t show up. I was warned about this before going, then I read the reviews & they are all saying the same thing which is such a shame. The ladies who do your paperwork & take your blood pressure in the back are awesome as well as the Dr. My only multiple complaints are about the FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST. My first visit I was not charged and when I came back the same RUDE front desk receptionist said she would have to charge me for my last visit AND my current visit which is $135 each. Thankfully my husband and I can afford it but we were charged for a past visit without being aware of that at anytime until we actually needed to be seen. Why not call us and tell us we owe from previous times. The front receptionist is HORRIBLE and definitely needs a different job. Sooooo disappointing to have such a wonderful doctor with such horrible service in the front.

I'm from out of town and saw a nurse practitioner there yesterday. She fixed me up. Highly recommended.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My wife went in with concerns about anemia which we have felt with in the past. They don’t have a DR on site so we saw the PA Tony Herd. He did not address any concerns about anemia and did a very bad consultation in which he prescribed steroids and antibiotics even though she has absolutely no signs of a infection. He also recommended a CT scan and could not justify why when we asked. He was rude, lazy and when I raised my concerns he got aggressive, combative and in my face then kicked us out and would not offer us a refund even though his quality of care was on par with that of a third world country. I am not exaggerating when I say the actions of Tony made me feel threatened. This facility is great if you do not care about your health or want to see a PA who just wants to shuffle you in and out. We are filing a dispute with our bank to get our money back. STAY AWAY
