Scheduled previous day, another person also booked for the same day. Could not be seen was advised considered a walk in with a 3 hr wait. Rebooked for the following day and the wait again is ridiculous.

Dr. Beene is always so sweet and explains things to the point where you can understand it. Her bedside manner is exceptional and she was considerate when she was trying to check my baby's vitals and he was extremely fussy from not feeling well.

Everything was good, doctor very nice and thorough, but facility needs some attention. It’s run down and needs to be cleaned.

They took good care of me and that feeling of someone doing what you can’t do for yourself; one moment when needed is priceless. Same day appointment on a Friday at that. The staff were ight-hearted yet emphatic. Quality care superseded by none. The doctor id recommend and have recommended to many friends because I believe in her. If you’re feeling sick; stop in for a bit .

Scheduling was easy. Check-in was a breeze (did on line). Staff was friendly and informative. The care I received by Dr Beene was on point. She has great bedside manner and cares for her patients. She takes time to talk And listen to the patient. Kudos to Dr. Beene! Highly recommend

So it felt rushed like I was just a number to them. I found out today that instead of recommending, they should of referred me to the ER, because I go to the ER on Sunday and I was admitted and still currently at the hospital. I will try to go elsewhere. I didn't really get to ask questions and it just felt rushed like a factory.

I got up coughing and wheezing and had called night before to schedule appointment for next morning, since started having problems. I was able to get one at 10 am on Sunday. The only problem I had was the check in on line. I had put in all information and when I went in, they could find where I had already filled out. I had to start filling out the paperwork by hand. Was not feeling well at all, but continued doing what they had me do. The person on front desk said maybe the system was not working right. Other than that I had a good visit. Dr Beene was very empathetic and got a breathing treatment b re fore I left. Great visit, the one administering the treatment was very nice and attentive!!! Thank you 😊 g
