The only complaint I have is the wait time. I waited for over an hour in the waiting and then roughly another hour in the patient room. There were only 2 people in front of me and yes, I had an appointment.

Doctor was great. Compassionate and knowledgeable. I booked on-line but when I got there they had nothing from what I pre-registered nor anything about my appointment.  The condition of the facility was pure third world. Just awful! Has nobody from management EVER visited?

I could not get into my primary doctor for ear pain until after the weekend so Friday afternoon I was able to book an appointment here within the hour. When I arrived I only waited a few minutes before getting called back. Everyone was kind, professional and quick to take care of me. Ear infection recognized right away and prescription sent to pharmacy. I was in and out fast and really appreciate that. I would recommend it here. Never had a bad experience here.

I was able to schedule my mother and be seen within 30 minutes of appointment.  There was less than a 10 minute wait once we were checked in.  She was seen by doctor, treated, and given follow up instructions all within 30 minutes.  Visit was certainly convenient.
