Staff were fantastic.  Easy to fill out paperwork, quick checkup and staff was very friendly and offered additional information about my visit on top of what is normally relayed.

Easily scheduled an appointment for a sinus infection. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Staff personnel are always very friendly.

Checked in on the app, arrived 15 minutes prior and was seen, diagnosed and on my way within 30 minutes of appointed time. NextCare is my go to when I can't get an appointment with my PCM. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The staff are caring/helpful. Wait time is short. Drs are caring and top quality at Nextcare in Cibolo! Been going there 4 years now. I would highly recommend this clnic.

The customer welcoming is missing.   Healthcare is a service not a task.  The small details matter.   1. All patients should be welcomed when they walk through the door.   2. If a patient has issues signing in, the staff should help.   3. Patient records should not be written in pink ink 4. Blood pressure cuff should be placed on correctly. Arm position matters.  5. The Physician should ALWAYS welcome you before walking in and starting care.  Reiterate the reason for the visit 6. Upon departure make sure the patient get what they need and ask if they need anything else.  Also, thank them for coming in.

The receptionist who was was training the new trainee was very unprofessional and rude. Being the first point of contact to the patron was not a very pleasant welcoming, The back office medical assistant and Pa was phenomenal. The waiting room could definitely use some repairs and new chairs

Woke up this morning with an ear ache and knew I was getting an infection so I called my primary care physician who could see me next Thursday. A week later.  Nope I have pain now.  Call my favorite Urgent Care PA Trina St Anne and she made it happen. With her Assistant Vincent, I was out in 40 minutes from the time of walkIn to completion.  That's what you want in medicine when you are in pain and have lost valuable sleep because of it.  5+ stars for sure!  I know where to go when I need medical assistance in a flash.   They have Figured IT Out!!!  Thank you thank you.  She was even willing to write me a note for my Boss. Well my Boss already knew I was in good hands.  I'm the Boss and she has my referral.👏👏👏👏👏
