The staff treated me at a moments notice and diagnosed my problem. They prescribed medication and I am on the mend.

The P.A. was kind, thorough and asked good questions. He was helpful and listened to my concerns.

Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Brilliant & gentle diagnosis! From the receptionist, the tech & the PA. they were EACH w/o flaw! As I was leaving, I told the tech that I felt like such a 'wuss'... he replied: you are a super-hero because you had the courage to take cate of yourself & seek treatment aka a solution! That simple exchamge was every bit as important as all other aspects of treatment, ESPECIALLY because I was dealing w/an overt, physical, stress-induced manifestation. Cannot say THANK YOU enough & yes, I would recommend this provider.

Took me over 24 hours to get my medicine, I get my insurance was being a hassle but being told “ it’s not that much, just pay out of pocket is pretty fing shitty.” Fast service though !

Wait time could have been shorter, especially since I was the first appointment of the day. The parking lot and waiting room were empty, yet I still waited about 30 minutes before being triaged. The front desk staff was helpful but not particularly warm—polite enough, but certainly not friendly. Apple Pay should be fixed for patient convenience; it’s a small but important detail. The triage practitioner mirrored the front desk experience: efficient and thorough but lacked warmth—almost robotic. The final practitioner was a bit better, with slightly more emotional awareness and positive affect, though still nothing remarkable. Overall, the experience was fine. However, when you’re not feeling well, it would go a long way to receive warm, friendly, and timely care—especially as the very first patient of the day!

Woke up that morning with urgency and blood in the urine.

Scheduling online was easy and when I got there I was seen within 5 minutes.

The staff was so wonderful with helping my 93 year old mother. She cut her leg and needed stitches. They stayed late and got her all taken care of.   Very grateful and would recommend.

I felt like I just wasted Medicare's money by even making the appointment and the doctor had zero bedside manner. The office Is old and appealing unappealing.  And I'd really like to stop getting emails/text from you. How do I make them stop?
