We were visiting family out of town and I was feeling really bad! I walked in and was seen right away! The Dr was very nice and I received medication and was very satisfied!

Was not feeling well on Monday so I booked an appointment with ease. Staff was very accommodating from the beginning to the end. Nurse and Dr provided excellent care. This is my go to facility. Thank you so much for making me better in a very trying illness. Your The Best!!!

Amazingly friendly & helpful staff. Offered immediate & thorough care. They provided good information for my symptoms & treatment. My prescriptions were ready at my pharmacy immediately. When I left I felt like I had made new friends. I am Thankful for their excellent care.

I’m a repeat customer there, and I keep going back because everyone that I deal with there is really nice and easy to work with. Trinity checked me in and she was super nice and helpful. It’s a good place with good people and they help you get better. It’s a win all the way around.

I work out of town and is 5 hours for my home and primary care provider so this is my second visit with Next care. I found them to be more friendlier than the other urgent care I've gone before. The staff is helpful and makes you feel comfortable. The doctors listened and explained well. I've already recommended them to two co-workers and I will be back again when the time comes. Easy scheduling staff was great wait was not long at all took all of 50 minutes to get in and get tested see Dr and get meds have been going there since 2020 I recommend this place

Mobile check in was quick and easy. Staff was great, particularly the vibrant and relatable nurse. I can't remember her name but she put me instantly at ease with her friendly and personal touch. I was quickly diagnosed and taken care of. This is my "go to" place from now on outside of my regular doctor when I need a quick fix.

Went in with a Workman’s Comp injury, and was treated so professionally. The staff here is great, and would recommend them highly!!! AAA +++ !!!!!!

I waited over an hour despite having an appointment. I felt like the NP rushed through my exam not even listening to my lungs well despite having a cough for weeks and she could hear congestion. I went here thinking a BS&W facility would be better than normal urgent care. I won't go back.
