i love that upon looking in the app there was an appointment available within an hour. location was great i didn’t have to deal with a parking garage and could walk right in

Took my daughter to get seen for a severe rash. Scheduling on the BSW app was easy. The staff was nice & professional upon arrival. Office was cleaned. I was disappointed that the price of the visit was different than originally anticipated when we scheduled our appointment. Additionally, I was expecting to get a diagnosis or some recommendations on how to treat or prevent but the information provided was insufficient. We waited almost an hour for a 5 minute visit. We appreciate the curtesy however the money spent for the time & information didn’t add up.

Booked on line, able to schedule an appointment 20 minutes out. Arrived on time, friendly staff, easy check in. Only two other patients in waiting area, but it still took about 30 minutes until I was called to triage and another 20 minutes to see the doc. Exam took about 5 minutes, called in prescription for immediate pickup at my local pharmacy

Got there 10 minutes before appointment time. Man came in with hurt leg with no appointment, was seen before me. Finally taken back about 35 minutes after appointment time. “Dr” came in and listened to my chest and back through my two layers of clothes and determined I needed antibiotics. She was not pleasant and spent under two minutes in the room. On a side note, the nurse that did my vitals was so nice.

Easy scheduling and wait time was not long.  Nurse and Doctor were very informative and took all the time I needed.

A little longer wait with appointment. Everything else was great including staff.

The doctor and staff at this urgent care clinic are very good and knowledgeable. Gave the immediate attention and did the assessments quickly.  Gave the necessary prescription for cure. My son health condition is getting better than yesterday. May be once he completes the 5 days medication, he should be alright soon. Appointment scheduling and visit was very smooth . It was easy to schedule the appointment. We only went to this location because Southlake was booked. Although we had a scheduled appointment we had to wait an hour for our appointment and the provider only spent 5 minutes with us.

Checked in for appt made online. We were greeted and had an average wait. Called back and was quickly diagnosed after a few questions and check of area causing issue. Everyone was polite and professional.

Had to pay cash because their credit card reader wasn’t working.  Thank God I not only had insurance but had the exact amount of cash required to pay because they didn’t have change either.
