The NP was very professional and was seeing multiple patients when I was there. She still spent a good amount of time discussing everything with me. I'd recommend this urgent care for people who live nearby.

CVS received the wrong birthdate on the prescription sent to them which caused confusion and resulted in 3 visits, the first saying they didn’t have a prescription, the 2nd since once they finally found it, they said they would have to reenter the order and it wouldn't be ready for awhile, the 3rd trip to finally pick it up.

Super-easy to schedule and check in, and staff was very friendly.

Amazing staff. Always friendly, efficient, and extremely caring. No matter how bad I feel, I am always greeted with a warm welcome which automatically makes me feel better. They are more Ike a family to me.

I’m super disappointed I gave the receptionist my insurance card. She didn’t said that I was covered by my insurance. Indicating that she had obviously ran it because she gave me a copayment to pay never telling me that or giving me the option to walk out at moment by informing that my insurance was not accepted by them so now I have a ridiculous bill From them will never go back Because of misinformation. And I feel it intentional misinformation.

I was seen promptly, but no testing was done for my sore throat and developing cough and fatigue. No swabs or tests administered, I was discharged with antibiotics and cough medication. The cough medicine was not what I was told I would be prescribed. I had covid after getting tested by PCP later in the week. I could have received treatment earlier in my infection if I had received adequate care when I was first evaluated at this location.

Everything was quick and easy.  Great staff and excellent care.  Highly recommend.

I woke up with UR symptoms that needed to be addressed.  I got an appointment online without any problems.  Wait time was minimal and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurse and attending nurse practitioner were both very knowledgeable and most helpful with my health issue.  I would recommend Janice Cobo, FNP and this NASA Rd location.
