The check in staff was super nice and quick. The nurse and Dr had no bedside manner and were not listening to my concerns. I was very disappointed and will not be back

$200 for 3 minutes and rudeness. Very upsetting. I guess it is what it is but I’m disappointed

I had closed car door on my finger and cut skin: it kept bleeding (I'm on blood thinners). Elaine treated it, sterstrips,etc. She explained everything very clear and fixed it good. Receptionist was very nice and helpful and the nurse was very nice and thorough. Overall good trip. Thats my 3rd trip to this clinic.

Took my kiddo this evening to get checked because he’s been sick for a week. Had the absolute displeasure of seeing Elaine Neely who stepped into the room hollering that sinus infections weren’t contagious. No Hello, no how are you feeling to my child. Just hollering that sinus infections aren’t contagious. And that me leaving the door open when I ran to the bathroom was a HIPAAviolation. Why would she say sinus infections weren’t contagious you ask, because this morning I went to Nextcare for Myself and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and later on from the radiologist pneumonia. What kind of provider comes in trying to dispute a diagnosis of a child because of their mother’s diagnosis. THAT IS A HIPAA VIOLATION. She was not my provider this morning so she had absolutely no reason to even be looking at my medical records. We were there for my child. Nextcare has some good providers like the one I saw this morning, Elaine Neely is absolutely NOT one of them. I will be contacting both the manager and the state about her violations. If you go and they say she’s on duty, leave, and go to another one.

Dr. Derick should be the poster man for doctors. He is knowledgeable, personable and compassionate to his patients and it is appreciated. Anytime we get him it’s a pleasure as he always makes sure we’re taken care of and from I’ve seen treats every one as human beings.  He’s made my children feel comfortable enough to speak freely to him and as a woman has treated me like a human being. I don’t like seeing doctors as a woman however any time I see that he’s the doc on duty I know I can speak freely about what’s happening without him acting like I’m silly.

Staff & facility were efficient and caring. My concern was that, as a senior, I asked for Paxlovid, but was prescribed an alternate Rx. It cost $600, versus $0 for paxlovid. I had to set up an additional appointment with my doctor to get the paxlovid Rx, along with a steroid & inhaler.

Very good experience! Would not hesitate to go back

Fue mi primera experiencia visitándolos. De hecho mi hija con quien vivo fue quien me llevó entendiendo que me podían ayudar a sentirme mejor. Pero inesperadamente surgió que mi queja principal fue un fuerte dolor muscular entre mi cuello, hombros,brazos, y espalda generalizada. Para sorpresa mi Presión Arterial estuvo registrada extremadamente alta y revisada por 2 ocasiones informaron a mi hija que necesitaba un traslado inmediato para Memorial Hermann para ser tratada por mi queja principal y por la presión arterial. Por supuesto mi hija respondió rápidamente a transportarme sin ningún inconveniente.
