Did not do much at all to help with eye. Wish they would have just said there wasnt much they could do instead of charging me a visit. Will see an eye doctor asap.

My visit went very well. I’m happy the previous issues were resolved and not a common issue. The staff were very polite and professional.  Making the appointment was as easy. I was seen very quickly. My needs were heard and I was able to be helped no problem. My confidence in this urgent care is restored. I will continue to visit as needed knowing I’ll be taken care of. Thank you.

I came in as a walk in and they were able to see me quickly. Staff was friendly and answered questions.

Crazy how one appointment can really put you off from ever coming back.  My first experience was more that a few weeks ago.  Needed some help for pain until I can get to pain management.  No problem, totally understand. Gave all the info I had. I was seen. Perfect in and out. No problem.  Well it’s been a little over 2 weeks, finally got the pain management visit scheduled.  But that’s going to be another week and a half.  So since I was invited back from my previous visit if I need additional help till I could get seen. I thought I would come in again.  So now I scheduled the appointment, I’m 5-6 minutes late.  So now I have to wait nearly an hour to be seen?  I wait patiently. Then I get to see the doc. I explain my situation and what I’m needing. Right off I get treated like I’m some addicted opioid user and don’t deserve any more medication.  “We really can’t be prescribing you this medication.” We’re talking little Tylenol 3.  I have been in severe pain for two months and now on month 3.  It’s not my fault the VA is slow. “You been given about 90 pills” in total  not from here. And not all at once.  Across 3 appointments thus far.  90 pills is not a lot over 3 months, so I’m told.  Then the question's, have you done this , have you done that. Ye, No, if I had and it worked I wouldn’t be here. So at this point I have done everything my normal PCP can offer. Hence the appointment with pain management.  I get docs have to be cautious with drug addiction and over prescribing pain meds.  But given I’m a veteran, with a legitimate claim, supporting documents and scans. A clear explanation and understanding. No history besides this for pain meds.  What’s with the apprehension ?   This attitude like well you should just suffer until you can see someone else.  I don’t get it.   Here’s the best part. Because I came late, and it took forever to be seen the pharmacy closed.  Asked the doc to send to another pharmacy.  Check out around 7pm - it’s 8:22pm still no script sent.  I go back to urgent care , closed.  Knock on the glass , there is the doc I ask about the script. Sent it to the wrong pharmacy.  Asked to have it sent to the open one now.  Says okay.  Go back to the pharmacy wait , pharmacy tells me the doc called and says she was locked out.  And couldn’t send it over.  I ask the pharmacist why didn’t she hand write it fax it.   He said yeah, in agreement. I don’t know why she didn’t just call it in over the phone.  So now I have nothing.  Thanks a lot.  Just goes to show, no matter how much of a good, honest, upfront and straightforward person it doesn’t matter you will be treated like all the rest.  I expected better.

I went in for sinus issue but was told it was bronchitis. Got in really quick. The nurse was super nice and reassuring me they would check me out real good. After seeing the nicest nurse the doctor lady came in and checked me out. I was very impressed with her. Even though they knew I was not from here they didn’t treat me and different fhan they would their family. Will definitely recomend them to anyone. . Thanks Nexcare.

Everything went very smoothly and I was very impressed with the level of care! Would not hesitate to come back.

Check in was quick and easy thanks to Hannah for getting us checked in quickly. Taylor who was working back office today was great, didn’t even feel the shot! FNP Chelsey was excellent, and explained treatment plan thoroughly. Will continue to come back to nextcare!

Had gout for about 5 days. Pain was just too much. Check in time took too long! I was first and only patient, and I was in the system, but had to wait 15 minutes. Staff and care were excellent. Walgreens was closed with no staff. Nurse knew that and sent me to Walmart. I would recommend this provider!
