I am very pleased with the staff that cared for me on my recent visit to NextCare in Sherman.  I am visiting from out of town to care for my 95 year old mother when my allergies got the best of me.  Thanks to Lauren and Queen Jamie I will be feeling better soon.  The staff was friendly, caring, and professional.  I will spread the word.

I was able to get in with no problems, the staff is always so nice. Kathy is very good and knows exactly how to take care of me. I highly recommend Nurse Kathy and her staff.

Had UTI wait was over an hour in the morning. Went to work and came back early afternoon. Waited about 20min, staff was very friendly and remembers me from before. Total turn around time from going to room to leaving clinic was less than 30min. Very satisfied patient!!

I was having extreme back pain and they got me in quickly and helped me a lot were friendly staff as well

I made an appointment to still have to wait for almost an hour. When I asked the lady at the front all she could say was call corporate. I had an x-ray done and left the office with no answer. I will not be returning.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely RUDE.  If she doesn’t like her job she needs to find something else to do.  I’ve worked in the medical field for years so I know it’s under staffed over worked and underpaid.  I left the medical field but I have NEVER treated patients the way she did I would have been fired.  She’s very unprofessional.

The front desk lady honestly ruined my whole experience at this location she was rude and didn’t do her job properly making me keep 4 kids in the lobby with an appt for over an hour because she didn’t run the kids insurance correctly! I have the paper work to prove it.

Came to the clinic after developing a UTI out of town. Got diagnosed, treated with injected antibiotics and steroid because I would be driving for 6 hours the next day. It made the return trip home much less uncomfortable. Thank you all for getting me cared for when I was a long way from home. Definitely would recommend the Sherman, TX office!
