I like the fact that you can schedule an appointment and I didn’t really have to wait. They called me in on time. I was in and out. Love that!❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in last Monday for something that a stray cat gave me. Vet told me what the cat had. I went to NextCare with what the vet said about the cat and got told I have something completely opposite from what cats get. I got prescribed something for it anyway. Throughout the week, my condition worsened. Went in today for a follow up today and Tammy Blair was very dismissive and didn’t listen to anything I had to say. She said “I look better”… I have actual pictures of my skin getting progressively worse over time. She told me to keep taking the medication and it wasn’t going to solved in a day. She also proceeded to ask me why I didn’t follow up sooner. Ma’am I came by 5 days after for a follow up(like it says in my patient plan) and she wasn’t there, so I can back Monday. Completely rude. However, I went to Citizens Convenient Care and they listened and actually took a close look at my skin and were able to get me on the right track. Turns out, it’s exactly what the cat had (knew this from the start). Told me to stop taking whatever I was prescribed because it’s not going to help any!!!  Wasted almost $200 at NextCare for nothing!!! Never going again!! Thank you Citizens Convenient Care!!

Was able to be seen in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful, including the receptionist. She bandaged my finger while I waited to be seen by the nurse practitioner. The nurse  and the nurse practitioner both explained what they were doing for me and I was very comfortable with everything going on. I will definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family in the future.

Place is clean but staff was cold and rude. Treated me like some sort of villain.. Went for test results which came back negative and when I had questions they talked to me like a child.. I think google would have been nicer.. Prior to my results, when I advised them of medications I may be allergic to they scoffed and disregarded it saying that my “usual pharmacy” should know it.. Well they don’t. Had to phone a family friend to get confirmation on the allergy and they acted as if it was irritating that they had to switch it. Would never recommend someone go here

I still have a fever tonight. We talked about antibiotics but didn’t get any. I really don’t feel any better. They were the only ones not too busy to take me. The girls were nice and friendly. But I had to wait a long time for a steroid shot.

Walked in to get a random drug/alcohol screen.  Had to wait in line for 2 hours with other patients that were needing actual medical care.   I don’t understand why there isn’t a separate sign in for random employer drug screens.
