I went in late afternoon just as a walkin and from the first staff member I met to the last, I was impressed. Everyone very friendly, very helpful, very attentive. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

I was exposed to Flu A at work. When I began having a cough, I was able to schedule a same day visit easily online. The wait time was minimal. I was swabbed, diagnosed, assessed, and on my way with my prescriptions sent directly to my pharmacy in under an hour.

I was more satisfied with my visit today than any dr visit I’ve ever had I believe the lmp did everything she possibly could for me and I much appreciate that

Had reserved an appointment  time for 12:00pm.  Arrived at the URGENT care facility at 11:45am.  Did not get to see the FNP until 2:00pm and did not get out till 3:00pm.  I was being seen for a rash and extreme itching.  Without any testing of my skin, the FNP, sent in an assistant, to let me know that I had been diagnosed with SCABIES.  I am sorry but, that is an extreme diagnoses to hear from the FNP’s assistant.  I had a lot of questions!  What I see on the internet is, it is extremely contagious, need to wash everything in the house.  I feel that with such a contagious diagnosis, I should of been seen by a doctor or at least been able to talk to the FNP, to ask questions!  Shouldn’t you at least, test the skin for such an infestation!!!!

I checked in 10-minutes early and the wait was maybe 20-minutes. Then the wait for the doctor was maybe 10-minutes. The PRN was very knowledgeable friendly, asked questions and I asked questions. I loved my visit. My medication was sent and ready the next morning. I appreciated all the care front the front reception, the nurse that took my vitals and the PRN.

Was seen quickly and provided with a diagnosis and treatment plan immediately. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We are always pleased with our experience. They are professional, efficient and clean. We visit urgent care in difficult situations and we are thankful for the service.

Staff and NP generally attentive and efficient. The nurse gave off inconvenienced/moody with us and with other patients, from what I observed. She was a bit more aggressive than I would have preferred with testing my son and it made him uneasy for the rest of the appointment, especially after she excessively slammed the door of the exam room. I kept reiterating he was all done with the nurse. On our way out, there was no acknowledgement or eye contact, no visit summary provided, just very cold exit. I can usually handle a lot but with my son with me who was sick and this was as much his experience, I know the whole visit could have (and has been) better. I think we all have better things to do but we shouldn’t take it out on others, especially children.

Absolutely the best place i have gone to. Very friendly staff! Absolutely amazing!
