My toddler had sinus infection and an ear infection that turned into a ruptured ear drum. Of course I noticed his ear was draining when all the clinics were closed. I drove 30 minutes into town to take him to NextCare. We were called back in less time than it took me to drive there. Every single staff member was wonderful with my fussy 3 year old. They were patient, kind, and adept at explaining to me his diagnosis and treatment plan. I absolutely would go here again.

I woke up this morning with sore, puffy eyes and was able to book an appointment that same morning. I was in and out with meds called in to my local pharmacy. The Doctor was so attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this provider!

My wait time was 2 hours past my appointment time.  Sitting in a freezing room was not pleasant.  However, the nurse was a sweetheart & when the Dr came in , she was quick to diagnose & get me meds.

My granddaughter had a hacking cough all night. I was able to schedule an appointment for 11:40. We got there at 11:30 and the waiting room was full. We were not called in until almost 1:15. The Dr saw us and was done in about 10 minutes. Gave us a prescription and school note. Left the clinic about 1:30.

The wait and scheduling went with ease. However, my biggest complaint is the employees attitudes and bedside manners. I could hear staff speaking about me in the other room. Also, the NP seemed to be in a rush and had little bedside manners.

Doctor didn’t ask my symptoms or anything. Swabbed for flu didn’t check for strep or Covid. Said I have a sinus infection. Didn’t know you could run a 103.5 fever with a sinus infection.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. My appointment was in the late afternoon on a Sunday. I only had to wait about 15 minutes. The appointment was quick and Tammy was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be using them again when I cannot see my regular PCP. Thank you next Care.

Staff very friendly and was in an out within 30 minutes. This included waiting on some test results for UTI. Would highly recommend, going here.

The receptionist very nice and quickly check me in and the medical staff very friendly and knowledgeable answer all my questions as a professional should went in with a knee problem could not bend it with the proper medicine they gave me 35 minutes later when I got home I could bend my knee great knowledge nurses Thank You so very much
