Had to go in to do a drug screen and a company physical. They walked me through the steps of setting the appointment online and sent me the paperwork I needed. I showed up to the office signed in. They had me ready in matter of 10 minutes went to the back, very respectful, and very professional. I completed one thing and they moved straight into the next thing and received the same treatment.  Great  staff friendly, and I enjoyed my visit

I was scheduled at 6:20 arrived 20 minutes early. Several walk-ins after me were taken back before I was. I was seen at 8:30. With my high heart rate and everything else I was experiencing, I wanted to just leave because I felt so bad and felt forgotten about. Oh and Walgreens didn’t give my meds because it was 6 minutes till closing and “not right now” was their answer to me. I live an hour out of town and they didn't care. Had to go back the next day to get meds. Not the best experience and it’s the last time I’ll ever use Walgreens.

We scheduled ahead for 12:20 p.m. Arrived to find 6 walk-ins ahead of us. All or almost all were seen ahead of us. I can see waiting 20-30 minutes to merge us in, but 40? And just keep calling those who didn't schedule. We arrived at 12:10 per instructions, so I'm not counting from arrival time. My son was antsy, so we started to leave at 12:55. We were told we were next--and that we had only been waiting 15 minutes per whatever was on the receptionists screen?? Why bother to scheduled and wait for the scheduled time, when we could have arrived earlier that morning as a walk-in and been seen sooner?? Seems like Solv issue and not necessarily NextCare.

Felt in the afternoon, & night before last that I was coming down with a UTI. So rather than going to the ER, I decided to go to NextCare. There was no one else in the waiting room, so we go right in. But it was a lot different than last time I was there. Not as professional as when I was there before and not as clean! Not sure I would recommend this provider?

Got there and my appointment was at 12:00pm was told to get there at 11:45am and didn’t go back until 1:15pm didn’t leave until 1:55. Took to long for urgent care. I know I didn’t have an urgent matter but if I pay $50 copay for urgent care treat me urgent. I’d like a refund for having to be there so long.
