After arriving & filling stuff out on my cell phone with no booked appointments in the waiting room they was taking walking that came in after I did. About 7 to be exact. I won't be going back there anymore. It showed on my cell phone there was 2 walking before me. There was actually 4 in front of me but the other people that came in after me was going back before me. To me that is VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. I will not recommend this place to anybody even though the Doctor was very good. It's the people up front that need to do right.

My son woke up coughing, was able to schedule an appointment the same day. No wait. Staff was friendly.

I was seen quickly by the provider, Brittany. I felt she listened to my concerns and addressed them effectively. I was very pleased with the service I was given.

It was great. The doctor was very nice. He seen me on time. The stack was very professional.

Wait time was long and the doctor seemed like he was on 10 redbulls. Didn’t want to prescribe my son cough medicine even though I asked because of his own personal reasons. I asked for him to prescribe ibuprofen for my son’s ear pain and he said he could not even though I have had doctors prescribe it before. Definitely will not be returning.

I can't thank Felicia, the Nurse Practitioner, enough! From the moment I walked in, Felicia made me feel comfortable and heard. She was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I felt like I was in great hands, and her professionalism really stood out. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your well-being, and Felicia truly does. Thank you for making my visit so smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend her!! I came in because my right ear has been hurting me, and I could feel the fluid going back-and-forth. I didn’t realize that also had fluid in my left too. Your staff are remarkably sweet, kind and personable. I will be returning and recommending this clinic.

Scheduling easy, completing forms on Internet not easy. Receptionist had to complete.     Medical assistant a bit unengaged. Not very friendly.     The nurse practitioner was very nice and polite.  I only wish they would have collected lab. They did complete a ua and urine culture.

I was given an inaccurate diagnosis and prescribed an antibiotic/pain medicine I did not need. The doctor told me my swab test came back negative but my results of my urinary analysis was that I had a UTI but sent it off for further testing. So today I get a call that my culture came back negative and I do not have a UTI and to stop the medication. I paid $399.00 for the office visit and $21 for antibiotic/pain medicine as I do not have insurance and I still don’t know what is wrong with me and cannot afford to do this all over again. I do not have a primary doctor so I that is why I came to this clinic.
