I needed to have my index finger checked out after a dog bite. The appointment was easy to schedule and the staff were ALL amazing. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and an all around great experience!  Would highly recommend.  Thank you to all!

Brought my 6 month old in. Everyone was so nice and patient from the front desk to the back office. The provider made sure to answer all of my questions and showed much compassion. Would definitely recommend!!

The staff seemed nice and doctor was good but wait time was terrible. Scheduled ahead and showed only 2 people in line and 1 scheduled and still took 2 hours for care.

Woke up this morning been having headaches, ear drainage for the past 5 days. Booked an appointment to get seen and the Dr. pretty much didn’t help me at all prescribed medication that I could have gotten over the counter! I rate this establishment a 2 because the staff were friendly. The Dr. wasn’t informative or helpful at all!!!

Scheduling made easily. Front staff very fast and friendly. Wait time was excessive once in the back just to be told that my daughter should only take Tylenol and Motrin. My daughter is having pain throughout her body and is having difficulty walking due to pain throughout her legs.  I was told that it’s not normal by the provider. Yet she was positive for the flu. I’m not a doctor but I do know that this is a possible symptom of the flu. Also if it’s not normal why are we only being told to take over the counter meds and to follow up at a ER tomorrow ? What’s the point of urgent care ? Left here totally confused and concerned.

What is the point of having an urgent care and you don’t even have an x-ray machine

Woke up yesterday morning with a terrible sore throat, cough and bodyaches. Went back to bed and slept until Saturday morning. Decided to go in to the care clinic. At Baylor Scott and White in Terrell the staff was extraordinarily friendly, nice and accommodating. The doctor was very detailed and asked me many questions that helped me understand what was going on. I even complimented him on his information and the time he took with me explaining the details. Very nice event and I’m looking forward to feeling better!

Great customer experience and very quick and timely

My son was ill and his PCP wasn’t available until late next week. BSW Urgent Care was available same day that afternoon. I was able to easily make an appointment online, completed the required information. We checked in as soon as we arrived and was seen within 5 minutes. The clinic was very clean, staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Everything was simple,  pleasant and wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend everyone to the provider and this location. Thank you everyone for helping my son back to health.
