To start covid-19 is still out there heavy and a new spike in cases just in the past week.... I had an ear infection and my primary wouldn't be able to see me for days so I went here to get some antibiotics for my ear.... I get inside and the waiting room is Very small with like 8 chairs and there were over 10 people crammed into this tiny waiting room.... Sooo nobody was social distancing the right way.... People were sitting right beside each other and some like myself were standing.... As I'm waiting I over heard an older man come in and say he had been in contact with someone with covid withing the past 2 days and was there for a test.... I am not kidding you when I watched the receptionist hand this man paperwork and told him to go sit down in the waiting room with the rest of the patients waiting.... I came up to her and asked if I could sit out in my car and wait to be called in and she told me no that I have to be over 65 to do that... I told her I didn't want covid , asked for my cards back doused myself in hand sanitizer and left ... They need to be turned into dhec, which is my next quest.... I suggest if you do not want covid DO NOT go there!!!! There is a nice urgent care down the road, go to them

I saw review on the Solv page and it completely confused me. First of all, the office looks wonderful, very fresh and new appearing! Second, everyone at the office was friendly and helpful from the minute, I walked in until the we left. The nurses and PA that I saw were very thorough and genuinely seemed concerned. Other than my normal primary care copay, I wasn't charged for anything else. My experience was great from start to finish.

I have never posted about any place before other than to say nice things but I can no longer hold back. My son was seen for a simple strep throat test (my other kid was seen the previous day and tested positive for strep). All we asked for was a simple strep throat test and an antibiotic prescription but instead received a bill for a Level 4 comprehensive new patient visit (there are only 5 Levels - Level 1 is a simple doctor visit and Level 5 is the most complex). I called the billing company to discuss and after a couple months of back-and-forth they told me the charges were correct and they stand behind the complex Level 4 billing code. At this point I contacted my insurance company, Anthem, to submit a claim dispute but the Billing company threatened to send me to collections and were unwilling to wait until Anthem completed their review of the bill. So, the Billing company suggested I make a partial payment of $40 to keep the account "current", which I did, and then a few weeks later, I received a letter and phone calls from a collection agency. I have done everything this group has asked and have spent countless hours on the phone with the Billing office and now with the Collections agency to explain the situation but they keep asking me to pay the full over-charged bill or else they will continue hounding me and may eventually report me to the Credit Agencies where my credit rating would potentially take a hit.
