I went to get a covid test for my surgery, I had gotten one last week for a procedure i had, they booted me out saying they needed the room, but they were closing, it was only a 15 rapid test, which i was told would take an hour, had to call the next day, went and got the paperwork. Today, when i went, there were several people in line in front of me, the girl at the desk, was talking to a couple, had them go sit, took another person in line, who she gave a form to fill out, by this time another person had come in, the girl at the desk count us 3 and told us, it will be a few minutes, she then called the man of the couple to bring up thier liscenses, and she proceeded to continue to work on those, meanwhile another patient or two was called and 3 had come out during this time, which now was about 20 minutes... the lady behind me left and a few more people came, the girl at the desk got the paperwork back from the gentlmen, and he was told to wait someone would call you. she continued to work on whatever paperwork the couple needed while it turned into even more time, the woman in front of me only wanted to ask some question, but was afraid, the girl behind me was trying to check in for apt she had online, that was for 12:15pm and it was already about 12:35... i asked her if it was gonna be much longer, and she told me that i could go online and make an apt.. cause that was all she was gonna do once i got up there, now i was a walkin why would i now go online, or why would she put me online??? i told her no i had already been there in line for almost 30 minutes, i alos had to get blood work done at another facilty cause they dont do both... the woman behind asked to speak to a manager, she said she was not there, she again asked to speak to someone, because this was crazy... she had an apt but could even let them know she was there... the girl behind the desk dissapeared for a while, apparently got the doctor who came and did nothing, the girl came out later, and i let the woman who had the apt go ahead of, but i stayed a few minutes and then left so i didn't miss getting at least by blood work done today. I did call Henry Ford urgent care when i was done with blood work. Went there, i got right in, out in 2 minutes with my Covid result for my surgery, i have never seen a urgent care where people are stand in line for any length of time, let alone 30 minutes... oh while we in line, one girl was called back she left before we every got to the front desk. Not well oiled at all... i understand if the manager was gone today, but that was horrible....

Took 3 hrs to get an x ray, dx wrong and didn't have the splint I needed for my finger. Suggested I purchase one from the drug store ,dme supplier or go to 12 & Dequinder. 😠🤬
