The Dr who treated me today was very kind and patient. I had a rather long wait time, and ran into a situation where I was still on hold waiting for my appointment but had to drive my kids and drop them off at camp. The Dr called me back 15-20 minutes later, allowing me to drop off my kids and still keep my appointment. I really appreciate the convenience.
