Your website and the numerous signs in your office say you are open to 2:30. I arrived at 2:20 (precisely). I took a number and waited for the tech to call my number. Instead after a couple of minutes she turned her light off. I got her attention but she said they couldn’t take me because the courier had already picked up. She suggested that I come tomorrow at 6:00 am. I said I can’t make morning appointment’s for a variety of reasons. In any event if your website and office signs say you are open to 2:30 you should stay open until 2:30. If you only want to stay open until 2:20 you should change your signs and your website.
