Scheduling ahead on the app and showing up early is pointless. Don’t waste your time. We did both, there was no appts and no wait list, and it still took them an hour to tell us they couldn’t verify our insurance.

I have been having Sciatic leg pain since I arrived in Houston to visit family. But yesterday, the pain was so unbearable, I could hardly walk. I told my daughter to take me to the ER. As we were leaving, we can upon the Urgent Care clinic, just around the corner of her house. There were no cars there so we decided to see if they could help me. They told me to come right in. We registered, and within about 10 minutes I saw the nurse who then took me to the exam room, and the Dr. came right in. They were both so caring and understanding of my immediate pain. I was out in about 15 minutes. It is great to know they are so close, and at anytime we can go there. Thank you staff so very much.
