My over all experience wasn’t the best the guy in the front (nurse or assistant) was not pleasant, you could tell he didn’t want to be there, he was quick to shut me down as I asked him for options on pharmacies that were open later, and was very dry and short I would have appreciated a better experience  specially since I’m paying for the care. The practitioner was quick and informative  And I got out pretty quick  They unfortunately sent the prescription to a different pharmacy, luckily I was able to get it same day.

Believed i had strep throat could barely talk or breath, they listened did test and sent me on my way within 25 mins to get me my prescriptions, will be back if i ever need them

The nurse practitioner did not send all my meds to the pharmacy, I called, and I was told she will call me back, she didn't. I called again, I was told she is gone and another provider, very rude, kept shutting me down when I'm talking, told me she will send my meds. Still one medication was still not sent. I had to call again this morning, explaining my situation to a different front desk stuff, who was also rude and couldn't let me finish talking.

I found the facility to be decent overall, but I had several issues during my visit that need to be addressed. First, there was a lack of clear communication about accepted insurance. When I called ahead, I specifically asked if Medicaid was accepted, and I was told it was. Based on that, I brought my daughter in, expecting full coverage. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to pay $85 for an X-ray because the clinic is private and not funded like other hospitals. This critical information should have been clarified during my initial call, not after I made the trip. Patients deserve upfront transparency about potential out-of-pocket costs to avoid confusion and wasted time. Second, the clinic did not seem to have adequate equipment or resources to properly treat my daughter. They placed a finger splint on her big toe, which fell off before we even left the counter. This lack of proper care and attention to detail was very disappointing and gave me little confidence in the quality of treatment provided. Overall, my experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and works to improve communication, equipment, and the quality of care moving forward.

My second time at Bellville urgent care, my first time was great a pleasant experience. This time I made no appointment, I walked-in, there was no wait. I was taken in quick and seen by nurse practitioner Saeeda Sultana. She listened to me and was very helpful. I was having severe pain. I had gone to another urgent care the day before only because Bellville urgent care was closed on Sundays. I remembered my how my first time experience here was pleasant. And I am so glad I came back here. Saeeda felt I had gallstones or kidney stones. She ordered an x-ray on site and within minutes it was confirmed I had kidney stones and one was passing. I was administered higher dosage medication and prescribed other medication to control the pain. Staff was very professional and caring. I was so thankful Saeeda took her time and listened to my concerns. I was able to walk out with my pain controlled to get me through the day before I saw my pcp later that evening. Saeeda even gave me a call to see how I was doing and marking sure I had took the prescribed medication to help control the pain.

Came in as an out of towner for symptom of sinus infection. Scheduled appointment online and when I came in I was greeted immediately sent back for triage and saw care giver. In and out in about 20 minutes. I was impressed.

I’ve been sick for about 6 days. And upon the insistence of my family I came to my favorite urgent care! Everyone is so nice and kind, especially Connie! Thank y’all for helping me! I never have to wait long and today my son scheduled me online with an appointment. Thanks for being clean and respectful of my feelings!!
