What patients are saying...

1.0

I only gave 1 star because I have to give a start to write this review. The nurses here are lazy, arrogant, and full of themselves. They have a major attitude towards you and they are incompetent and don't know anything. They refuse to listen to you and don't really care at all what you have to say they don't have a doctor examine you at all. I mean how desperate are they for staff? I brought my husband with me and they got pissed off that he was there in the first place. If you are handicapped with a chronic health issues you are not allowed to park in the handicap space with a legitimate placard and they don't believe you. Just because we don't look sick and don't look handicapped doesn't mean people are not handicapped. The nurse lied to me and they never had a doctor examine me just did a blood test and dismissed me and when I asked questions about my health they left the room without even saying anything to me and we were escorted out by security for no reason. They got my age wrong I had to correct them several times. They have stupid signs everywhere that say No Excuse For Abuse yet it's okay for them to do it to the patients. When I asked questions about my own health I am dismissed and security followed us out of the department, to the elevator, and watched us leave the parking lot. We didn't do anything wrong. I have no rights. I no longer feel safe with the Benefis facilities here and I am never ever I repeat never ever going back. They only care about you if you agree with whatever they say. I was in pain and hurting and I couldn't stand up and I was told it not that bad you need to stand up. I told them I can't I hurt I don't know what you want me to do. I crawled into the room on my hands and knees once I stood up out of the hospital provided wheelchair and crawled into the bed on my hands and knees as well and the nurse had the nerve to scoff and put her hand on her hip with an attitude. Then we we went to leave the nurse had the nerve to tell me that the wheelchair was right out in the hall I told her I can't walk to it I need it in here. She put it back behind the bed and I said I need it further up she moved it 1/2 an inch and when I told her again I can't get in it I need it closer she moved to where I could barley get into it by the bed. I will never go here again.
