I have usually had no problem at this clinic and have always been treated well.....I went in today for a access on my tooth. I have to see a special dentist in Portland, i cant get in until Monday. The lady dr prescribed me antibiotics, with is wonderful, but I had never heard of a dr not being able to prescribe a narcotic for dental pain. They said they were not allowed to.

1st trip in, Dr. prescribed antibiotics that she normally wouldn't prescribe for a serious sinus infection. Had to go back a month later, now feeling really bad to get the antibiotics I should have gotten in the first place. Don't go to this place without money or insurance. My Health Spending Account debit card was declined, realized that the new ones were what I received in the mail but didn't realized my old card would not work anymore. So I told her I would call her with the number that night. Instead of pulling me aside, the receptionist came out into the lobby and in front of everyone lets me know that I still had a bill from my last visit, (one month earlier) I had just received it over the weekend and was going to pay it on payday, but thanks for telling the whole lobby that I have a bill there. Then she stared me down because she was nervous to give me care bc I was obviously not trusted at this point and she probably thinks I'm a liar. Almost left but really needed those antibiotics. Since I was between insurance, had to pay cash or they will not see you, the visit was supposed to be $109.00, (unless you are a new patient) with my prescription should have been $129.00. Next receptionist is up, called home and son finally answered, got the new card number didn't work the first time bc it needed to be activated, gahhhh, finally activated. She says my total is 169.00.. What, with prescription, it should have been $129.00. Well your a new patient..no I wasn't, was there a month prior. So now we have to wait for the Doctor to correct the invoice. Now total is $129.00, watch your bills folks, these people are not billing for services correctly! Wonder how many have over paid for already expensive medical care.
