I absolutely love Paula!! She is the best when it comes to phlebotomy! Every time I have gone to the Port St. Lucie Bioreference Lab, she has been so patient, helpful, and truly takes her time to truly understand each person and their specific situation. She really cares and it shows. It has never been more pleasant to get your blood drawn! Highly recommend Paula Bigelow next time you need to go for blood work.

They mixed up my blood work with somebody else. When I receive the wrong result who was abnormal I had to go to ER to do a cat scan, ultrasound and new lab work who was normal.It cost me time and money. Now Bio Reference want me to pay for the wrong result. I will never go back!

Paula and every phlebotomist at this location is excellent. I've been a patient for a number of years and better than any lab in my decades of having blood work. Everyone is warm, personable, friendly, and very professional. The waiting room, rest room, and exam/lab rooms are clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Obtaining my records is easy. Paula and others answer phone calls or return them quickly. Customer service is outstanding.
