Checked in …in the am prior to arriving! Staff…all staff friendly and on track. You get the feeling during your visit you are in good hands . I had a terrible evening last night with feeling I had a UTI and needed care first thing in the morning and I did receive good care.

I walked in and the staff greeted me and were eager to help. I got right in with very little wait time. The nurse I saw and also the PA were very professional and friendly. They took care of my issue and I was on my way in no time. I ALWAYS receive the best care here and they make me feel very comfortable.

Our family has gone to this Black Hills Urgent Care for years. We had the unfortunate experience of receiving care from Jennie Brehm today and, unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations. From start to finish, the service we received was far from professional or compassionate, leaving me frustrated and deeply disappointed. Jennie Brehm was not only unhelpful but also exhibited a lack of professionalism throughout our visit. She was rude, dismissive and lacked basic empathy. She chose not to explain treatment and was extremely nasty answering basic questions I had.  Overall, our experience was far below the standards we expect from healthcare providers. I would not recommend Jennie Brehm to anyone seeking reliable, compassionate, and professional care. Our family will never go to this urgent care again.

First time going to Black Hills Urgent Care far exceeded my expectations. The checkin was simple, the care was very timely, and all staff I encountered seemed as though they genuinely cared about me and my heath. My family will all transition to using them for urgent care needs in the future.

Easy scheduling and super friendly and helpful staff

It was easy to get in. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. However the PA had poor at best bedside manners. He also had complete disregard for me as a patient. He stated information that was inaccurate medically, and when he found out I was medically trained he became a complete asshole stomping out of the room like a toddler that just got busted for something they knew better doing. In the past I have had good service from providers. This provider should go back to school to learn his diagnosis differentation again.

I was taken in for my appointment immediately. The nurse that took my vitals was so pleasant that I was sorry when she left. The doctor was very personable and spotted my problem immediately and prescribed medication. Efficiency is the word for the day.
