What patients are saying...

I have had good experiences before here with thorough, attentive doctors and nurses. Staff had been helpful & professional. This time, however, I waited over one hour in the waiting area. Everything the office staff spoke was heard quite clearly. Comments were crude and unprofessional. After an hour I decided to go elsewhere. My paperwork & insurance card were behind the covered.window, along with another's paperwork. No explanation was given. During the hour 2 patients were seen. This ordeal was an inconvenience for me. The time before I went I had had a fever & headaches & had congestion. The doctor didn't see me & told the nurse I most likely had a seasonal allergy (I don't). No recommendations, etc. I went to Christ Hospital Urgent Care, got a diagnosis and an antibiotics prescription from a doctor who saw me. I wonder if staff or management has changed? Checkin was fine. The covered window is awkward.

Went in for a Covid test and there were many people ahead of me and I was sick and couldn’t sit there any longer. I asked the receptionist to give me back my id and I will come back later and she reluctantly did so after being real crappy about it. Later when I went back, she remembered me, got my paperwork and put it back in the pile in order. 4 people came in after me and filled out their paperwork and were seen with their results before me and I had already been there waiting. They’re very rude and I seriously believe she did it on purpose because of earlier that day. When i went up they knew who I was when she opened the window and said you’re stuff is going in now. So they knew me without repeating my name, which is why I believe it was on purpose. It was clear i was very sick and not just getting a random test. I don’t trust that my test results are accurate either and I’m going to get retested somewhere else.

Went in for Covid Testing. Was told “Read the sign on the door” as she walked away. I went back in after reading the sign & said are the tests rapid? Was told “No” asked if they knew any was told “I dunno Google it”. Once I left & had WiFi access, I found Patient First Health who was very kind & offered 15 minute results.

The overall experience wasn’t terrible. Coming in for an emergency COVID test, I expected a lot worse, The test administrator was incredibly kind given the circumstance. The receptionist had no concept of what was going on and acted as such. It’d be lit someone would answer the phone, especially when awaiting important test results. Crushers gotta crush.

We were here when they opened at 9:00. Didn’t see a doctor until 11:00. According to the front desk person he was the only doctor here and was on the phone. He spent 2 HOURS on the phone while there were 2 patients waiting for help. And he’s the owner. Never going back.
