Did a walk in on a Friday night. Check in was easy since I have bon secours providers. Got seen in a reasonable time. Was able to get antibiotics. Staff was nice. Glad it opened up. Closer to my house than the CareNow and should be better since that’s always packed. Cheaper as well

The nurse practitioner who did my assessment was very rude . I came in for a lower respiratory inflection. she listened to my lungs said she heard some wheezing and thought l just needed prednisone and an inhaler l told her l was coughing up green phlegm and had a history of chronic bronchitis and l know my body and l needed an antibiotic and her response to me was this is not Burger King you can’t have it your way.  She lacks compassion and she should not be providing care at any Bon Secour facility.

I was recently diagnosed with strep- I woke up yesterday feeling more fatigued and congested than I had previously felt so I was concerned for the flu. I was able to quickly get an appt at urgent care. Scheduling and check in were easy. Everyone was so nice from the MAs to the provider (Darien). Will definitely be going back when I get sick again.

Care how it should be! If you have a need to go to urgent care, I highly recommend ditching other places and going to Bon Secours Urgent.Care Swift Creek. The staff is very caring, wait time was almost nothing and got the right treatment for my issues.
