Scheduling was easy but I still had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be called back.   Check-in did not work the first few times I tried it but eventually it did. The staff was very nice and welcoming. A

The wait time totaled 3 hours which is horrible! I’ve been to many urgent care facilities and they average 1/2 hour in and out. Despicable! You should be ashamed to understaff your urgent care facility.

Everything was great except the check in. The automated stuff was fine and one of the two receptionists was very nice. The one that checked me it was a little curt. Not exactly rude, but certainly not going out of her way to be friendly. She asked for my ID so I provided her my retired military ID and she insisted she needed a drivers license and I said, "Okay, the but address is wrong." to which she replied she needed it for my date of birth and that my federal government ID didn't have that, which of course it did but it wasn't worth arguing about. Finally, she waited until I was checked in and had already paid my co-pay to then inform me that there was only one provider and there were 4 people in front of me so the wait might be long. Information that would have been useful before I had paid.

Urinary tract infection was self diagnosed. Zach said I made it too easy. He listened to me and I was in and out with script waiting at CVs

The reception lady was rude with me she was not nice and not friendly..

Woke up with burning while urinating, went to bon secours express urgent care took about 5 minutes to register completely but was waiting over half an hour to be called with 3people ahead of me. After waiting over half an hour I decided to leave.

I had a sore throat and came late and they fit me right in and got me tested fast and got me a prescription, it was very efficient.

Staff were all exceptionally pleasant. Lots of wait time. Mostly I think due to waiting for test results to come back.

Everything was great, but I’m currently 12 hours past being seen (and getting an X-ray taken) and I still have not heard any final conclusion from the radiologist about whether my bone is broken or not.

I arrived promptly at opening on Sunday morning. I enjoyed the ease of checking in at the kiosk. After my check-in was completed, I was called back quickly. The nursing staff and doctor were both very attentive asked terrific probing questions and treated me expeditiously. My Sunday morning Visit was quick and allow me to get to my task and worship with ease. Thank you!
