My appointment was at 9am but I was taken in to see a provider at 10 am and finally saw a provider at 10:30.  It took longer than expected but I am happy with the quality of care and service I received.

Everything was very good. They were very pleasant. They helped me didn’t have to wait long doctor was friendly and very professional.

Fell in a parking lot and was able to get efficient x-rays to determine my injuries. Staff was very cordial and doctor fantastic!

I was a walk-in patient in the evening. There were few patients but all the same my wait time was short. All the staff were friendly and competent.

The wait time for this place is horrible and always is. 2-3 hour wait. I understand it’s urgent care but where is the urgency…..

A long dormant cyst on my back decided to come alive after 8-9 years, so I needed someone to take a look at it. Check in at the urgent care center was easy, plus I’m now officially in the MyChart system…thanks to the staff. This was a walk-in visit on a Sunday morning, so I was expecting a fairly long wait. All in all, it was probably 20 minutes. The front desk individual is always welcoming and helpful. And when I was called back to the exam area, the “nurse” who took my vital signs was also friendly and apologized for the wait. She told me that I would be seeing Kathleen as the provider. After about maybe 10 minutes, she came in to let me know that I was next. Always great getting an update. Kathleen also apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. She was thorough and exuded confidence. By the time I left, my prescription had been called in and I was set to go. The bottom line is that I speak highly enough of my entire visit and interaction with everyone! Yes, I can strongly recommend this urgent care center for everything that ail you and needs immediate attention.

First going to the Bon Secours Urgent Care. Scheduled the appointment online. The check in process was a breeze since I completed everything online. Everyone was very friendly and thanks to the medication they gave me, I am already feeling much better.

I didn't even think of booking an appointment for didn't know you could do so & honestly was so ill that couldn't have. Had issues filling out registration on arrival & did member asked me to sort down and took the information. I was called back sooner then predicted & received all the preliminary measurements swiftly. The dr arrived shortly after and was not only personable, but explained all that she wanted to do. Received more care then expected as they worked to be sure that there was not something else going on. Given instructions, that were explained to me in detail and prescriptions sent to drug store right next door. The care and attention to detail was extraordinary! The whole time everyone was friendly and I felt very taken care of and not ignored despite being a walk-in.

I went in with pleurisy.  They told me the wait time would be 2 1/2 hours, and it was more than that.  They told me they only had one provider today.  There was an emergency ahead of me, but at 2:48 I told them I had another appointment in the Mechanicsville at 3:30, the PA came right in, examined me, gave me a prescription, and I was on my way!  PA Mindy was great along with the nurse!
