Needed direction regarding mental health. The person who checked me in was empathetic, kind, and thoughtful. The NP was competent and understanding. He listened carefully to my background and researched resources to meet my immediate need. I appreciated his extra effort. Both individuals presented as caring.

Feeling extremely sick, I went to urgent care and was able to be seen same day without an appointment. The check in and waiting process was simple and took less than an hour altogether. Each medical personnel I interacted with was very kind and helpful.

Front desk was hesitant to help at first. I could not do the paperwork on my phone and was told this was how this part of check in would be done in the future. As a senior I would hope there would always be someone available to help.

Pain this morning sent me on the hunt for a dr.  Walked in and check in was simple and quick.  Terrified when my name was SCREAMED to come back.  I was the OLNY person in the waiting room.   The only negative part of my experience revolves around the nurse/ patient care personal that called me back and took vitals.   I’ve never had a BP cuff squeeze so dang hard.  My provider was amazing.  She explained everything and was very careful and displayed care.  What a star.

I was in tremendous hip pain and called to see if they had an X-ray tech on site. Unfortunately they did not but I did feel like driving too far. I took a chance and made the drive. I did not wait long at all upon my arrival. All staff was friendly and attentive. I had to bring my granddaughter with me and they were nice to her as well.

I waited an hour after getting my vitals taken just to never get seen and it was almost 8 pm, so I just left. I’ve been sick for a week and feel horrible and never got the care I needed. The staff I DID see was very respectful and nice, but for the doctor themself, I never saw them. I opened the door to check around and saw no one. No one ever checked up on me.

Too many patients for on doctor to handle. Made the wait 2 1/2 hours

Misdiagnosed, required multiple cardiac stents 1week later

I had fallen and was in a lot of pain for me. The check in process was not the best because I had to stay in to do it on the tablet. I do feel like when I came in I could barely walk. Someone should have recognized that, but after I got it done, I had excellent care from check-in nurses doctors everyone.
