Was easily able to pick a preferred appointment time. Check in was smooth but then sat for an hour with no explanations. Spent more time with nurse checking info and vitals than the examining Dr.

Receptionist very kind and caring. Nurse Practitioner thorough and caring. Having to state out loud the reason I was needing medical care, in the waiting room was not HIPPA friendly.  I learned why every patient was seeking medical care!  I waited 2 hours to be seen. Additional Providers would be helpful.

Excellent caring staff, both front desk and clinical. Wait time wasn’t too bad considering the number of cars in the parking lot.  I did sign up for the 1:15 spot so didn’t have to wait that long.

Check in was fairly quick, since there were no other people at the time. The only issue was lack of supplies and the ones they gave me were poor quality.

I appreciated being able to walk in on a Saturday morning and be seen right away.  The staff were friendly.  Dr. Minneci was also kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

Had a cough for eight days without improvement of OTC drug. Called the office and was able to schedule for same-day appointment but waited an hour and 30 minutes to see the NP. The staff was friendly and very respectful. NP was great, well-knowledgeable, and did not rush me into the appointment. I would love to go to this location whenever the need arises. I will recommend NP A. Barras to everyone. Great staff at this location.

I went there with pertussis symptoms, but they couldn't able to diagnosed based on my symptoms and I also show them the email that there is a whooping cough outbreak in my kids school. They did not prescribed antibiotic for this and I am having severe coughing. And a walking appointment was took 4 hrs. I made mistake to visit there instead of my own PCP who is with  BonSecours. This the worst experience, i will never go there again or refer to frds

Chose this location because I had heard wait times were good. Ended up waiting over two hours for our scheduled appointment. I know that things happen, but I wish we had been told at check-in.  We heard people who arrived after us being told about the long wait, but by that point we had already been there so long it was too late to get an appointment anywhere else before the end of the business day. Recommend blocking off appointment times when get behind so we wouldn’t have gotten there so early. (there were available slots after us, but people who were interested in them ended up getting turned away, which was appropriate.). Once we got care it was reasonable and good, but we were in a time crunch and just needed something very quick and easy, wait time messed up our schedule and ruined our weekend. Choose this place because I could get an appointment, but would’ve been faster to walk in at KidMed. Won’t be back.

A little bit of a wait. Check in machine did  it seem to be working properly. But well worth the wait. I felt like Case Wiggins made sure that my needs were met. Everyone was very friendly from the front office to the back. Thanks again.

The wait was about 45 minutes even with an appointment scheduled. The medical assistant was super friendly and nice! I feel like the doctor wasn’t fully listening to me or caring about what I had to say.
