PA Casey was great!  Had a cut on my thumb and she was very attentive.

Front desk - awesome  RN checking in - professional and to the point  Physician- no introduction. Just 60 sec of information.

The staff was very professional and polite.  However, I had to wait almost 4 hours to see the nurse practitioner after waiting about 3 hours to be called back.  Given the wait time, I would probably not return to this facility.

English is not my first language, so to ensure I fully understood what the doctor was saying, I asked if she could speak with my husband over the phone. She rolled her eyes and gave me a rude attitude, as though I was bothering her—this was after I had already waited two hours in the waiting room and an additional hour in the exam room. I do not recommend this location, especially to non-native English speakers, as they do not seem to be very accommodating or friendly

I arrived at 930am and didn't leave until 1pm. There were only 2 people a head of me. It should NOT hand taken that long. Ive be in and out on an emergency room faster the this urgent care. Nurse wasn't too personable, almost seemed nervous, maybe she was new. I'm not sure, but it definitely was not the greatest experience. The nurse practitioner did a good job and answered my questions and provided treatment necessary.

It’s the best place I’ve ever been.  Everyone was very attentive and polite.

I felt the doctor wasn’t listening to all of what I told him and just prescribed me antibiotics. He didn’t do any testing or any of the sorts

Little wait and great service. The nurse made my kids feel so at ease about taking the strep test, which they are always so nervous about.  Nurse Practitioner was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in for a sinus infection. Staff was friendly, efficient, and ready to help. I was attempting to have this visit and still have time to pick up the prescription at my pharmacy which closes early. Gabby was essential in making sure that happened. It's really nice to deal with a personable staff who are there to get you feeling better.
