I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I felt rushed and laughed at. I went to a urgent care facility due to the time of day. I asked when I arrived if it was too late to be seen. I was told "no" we have two providers" I was checked in with no issue, it's when I was taken to the treatment room. The staff laughed at me when I exited the restroom and naturally I'm already embarrassed because I have to be seen for a private matter. I asked what to do at home for care and was practically rushed out. "OH try this, and follow up with your PCP. Let me walk you out Im not sure if they locked the door." As soon as I find another facility my family and I will seek care somewhere else.

Second time coming to this location (1st was 7 months prior). Everyone on staff very professional, knowledgeable & considerate both times. Very reasonable wait time, especially for a walk in visit. I've waited longer at a regular doctor's office with an appointment.

I scheduled online but still had to wait an hour to be seen. The staff was very rushed but polite and knowledgeable. I was sick with bronchitis and already went to a doctor at patient first and was treated badly. My doctor here was knowledgeable and helpful. I was given the prescriptions I needed and a breathing treatment. I felt I received great care

Walk in with no appointment. Check in was smooth - I guess I had been there before or was already in the system.. Waited for less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Think I waited for 30 in the exam room, which always drives me nuts. Was seen by NP Jessica, who had a great bedside manner and did about what I expect she could, was very happy with her - the most direct and non-rushed feeling med appointment I have had in years. She flipped this from a very "meh" visit due to the waiting to a great one.

Dr. Jessica Squiabro Pierce was professional, helpful, and kind. What more could you ask for! She not only made me feel like I was in good hands/being taken care of, but she was very friendly as well. I will definitely come here again!

Staff was friendly, prompt, and attentive! I saw Jessica today and she was great. This is my favorite urgent care provider in the area

Angela was so welcoming as soon as we walked in! She got us checked in right away! The provider had excellent bedside rapport. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Everything about my visit was excellent. The staff, beginning with Angela(super nice) at the check -in, and throughout my visit, the staff was so-o-o very nice, helpful and friendly. And yes, highly recommend.
