Dr. Jessica was  very concern and understanding. I am so happy she was my doctor.

I definitely recommend this urgent care. From the minute you walk in someone addresses you and kindly gets you checked in. Today was my 3rd time to go to this urgent care facility. The nurse that took me to the exam room was very efficient and friendly. The dr. Jessica came with my lab results quickly. She answered all of my questions and gave me hope that my chronic condition can be managed several ways. I appreciated her time she took to talk to me. Thank you!

The fact they didn’t have a plan B to execute when the front desk person isn’t there makes no sense because it’s healthcare, urgent healthcare.  To top it off, after my visit they didn’t call in the prescription. I called but no one answered. I returned and was told it was the pharmacy’s fault. When I returned to the pharmacy, they explained how it was Bon Secour simply not hitting send because they don’t require a pre authorization from the doctor. You guys flat out lied to me because you didn’t like the fact I was holding your office accountable for the horrible experience. Never again!

Angel was the best! She was so nice and very helpful getting us checked in even tho we were a little more difficult.

I needed stitches to be removed. Waited for sometime, but everyone was apologetic and so very friendly. Some times emergencies happen and having to wait was not that big of a deal for me. My issue was not an emergency so I understood.

I have now been to this location twice, they will be my go to. The best and most thoughtful doctors I have seen in years! I wish they were PCPs, I would love to see them for everything.

Made an appointment for 10am and waited in the car for 90 minutes.

There was a long wait but the check-in staff was willing to call me before my turn so that I could wait at home.  Great customer service.

Love the ease of scheduling and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. As a busy mom, to be in and out within 30 minutes with the diagnosis and prescription already filled, it was a huge relief. I will be frequenting this location for my Urgent Care needs!

I’ve been feeling rough for the past couple of days and the staff was so helpful and caring. They were able to get me the care that I needed to feel better. Angie at the front desk was wonderful and kind! Definitely will be back.
