Was tested for flu and Covid. Found out to have Covid and staff called in meds for my illness. Entire staff was friendly and very efficient. The office was very clean, neat and organized. In and out very quickly. Will definitely come again.

Always easy to schedule an appointment here and staff is always friendly and helpful. However, I had to wait for 2 hours today (check-in to departure), which doesn't seem very "urgent" and having to sit that long with a UTI wasn't pleasant. Will continue to come here though, as it's convenient and clean.

I can’t say enough good things about the provider I had! I felt so sick, and she listened to every symptom and concern. She was SO helpful, and covered everything I needed to start feeling better!

They were really busy, but staff is amazing and compassionate.

I had a medical issue that I needed to fix right away.  The check-in process was great. I was welcomed and felt like my issue was important to them. The staff was very attentive and thorough. The nurse practitioner diagnosed my issue right away. Great bedside manner and took the time to listen to me and then address my needs. I feel like the care provided at this urgent care is outstanding.

Great staff/doctors and one of the best “quick care” facilities I’ve ever been too

I’ve been twice in the span of 5 days. First time as a walk-in and second time with an appointment (on a Saturday). Both experiences were great. Wait time was minimal (a little longer as a walk-in, but that’s expected). The doctor and staff was superb. Very attentive and empathetic. The facility is very nice and clean. Feels as though you are walking through a wing of an actual hospital.

I went in on a Friday afternoon to get some stitches removed.  All of the staff members were friendly, polite, professional, and helpful.  I did not make an appointment- just walked in.  The receptionist told me there were two people ahead of me.  I waited in the waiting room for about 35 minutes and then was seen, first by the nurse who took my vitals and then immediately after by another nurse (maybe a NP/PA) who took out the stitches.  Even though I had waited too long to get the stitches out the nurse was very careful and there was no pain.  Total visit time from entry to exit was one hour ten minutes.  I have had doctor appointments that took much longer to be seen.  Also, the place was spotless.  I would definitely go back there again if necessary.
