I love this Urgent care center very knowledgeable. Will recommend to my family and friends.

For the past few days my blood pressure was high. I called my PCP office and their advice to me was to either go to urgent care or the ED. I did not have any symptoms but as I was told sometimes you may not have any and to still be alarmed because my numbers were real high. My doctor was not in the office and did not have any availability to see me. So I chose to leave work early and get myself checked out. I also was coming over a cold so I was not sure if there was any correlation to my BP being high. I also must add that I had been taking my medicine daily and that’s why I was concerned.  This was my first time at this Urgent care and I must say it is a nice office. I did wait almost 1 hour. The person who called me back wasn’t that welcoming to me and I say that because I wasn’t greeted when I came up to the door to go into the back. I believe this was the X ray Technician and she was not very nice to me . I explained what was going on with me as I stated above. She made a couple of comments that were rude. Telling me we wouldn’t be able to do anything and just her demeanor was negative. I was just trying to do what I was advised to do. As I learned Urgent care providers cannot really alter your medication and things like that but she was not the provider so I felt like for her to say that to me was not her place. I am normally not a person that complain a lot or report things but I felt like that was unnecessary . As far as the provider I did enjoy my visit with her. I felt heard and she helped me feel better about what was going on with me. She did some test just to rule out other factors. Overall my visit had ups and downs but I got what I needed.

Very easy process. Staff professional. Everything explained thoroughly. Clean environment.

Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, all of our doctors' offices were closed, condition could not wait until Monday, went to Bon Secours Urgent Care on Nine Mile Rd, it was not busy, we walked in, greeted by friendly receptionist, we were immediately called back, two kind and knowledgeable nurses assisted us, the doctor was quick to respond, immediately diagnosed the problem, took extra time to explain things and answer questions, printed out our full report, and sent in a prescription. Everyone was so nice and professional. If I had to say something negative the only thing I could come up with would be the room freshner in the waiting area, I am super sensitive to scents, and that wasn't even unbearable. I can understand why it might be needed if the room was full. Overall this experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Bon Secours Urgent Care.

Quite a long wait which was expected. But I had to leave the room to get attention of provider. COVID test done made my toddlers nose bleed and is still bleeding.

It was an easy process combined with a very friendly and supportive staff.

The process was easy and smooth. Short wait time and The doc & nurse was awesome

Extremely pleasant experience at this facility, in spite of the situation.

They were kind, courteous and managed to give you their undivided attention despite the renovations that were going on.
