They were kind, courteous and managed to give you their undivided attention despite the renovations that were going on.

I didn’t want to come to a walk-in clinic but the staff and most certainly, NP DuBois were exceptional in terms of bedside manner and knowledgeable about my issue of concern.  I will have no hesitation about walk-in in the future. Thank you.

I went in for a persistent painful cough and sore throat, especially at night, following a cold after NyQuil and DayQuil stopped working. I was prescribed honey. It did not stop the persistent painful cough and sore throat, though did temporarily make the cough slightly less painful. I still have a persistent painful cough and sore throat. That being said, the staff were very nice, especially the front desk staff who I watched admirably help a person who was confused as to which office she was supposed to be in find the proper office.

I had been to that particular Urgent Care before and was pleased. I walked in during a fairly busy time, mid morning. I was seen within an hour and out before noon.

The nurses, doctor & entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. I felt well informed and like my health was a top priority. Bon Secours really helped put me at ease and feel relaxed.  They were very on top of food & keeping in mind of any dietary restrictions. As well as maintaining a clean space and helping me get anything I needed to feel more comfortable.

All around great place for patients in need. Checked in very quickly and conveniently using my phone and left not only with less pain but very satisfied with the overall quality of the my care experience.

I made the appointment and was sitting in the doctors office within the hour. The visit was not long at all. Bedside manners are awesome. Bedside manners are a plus when you're not feeling well.

My daughter was getting worse after being seen on yesterday and i didnt like the smart remark saying she was just seen on yesterday

Traveling back from Colorado to Virginia Beach I got a sinus infection. I live in Florida so I had to just research facilities. After going to 2 walk in clinics I was told “no appointments today” finally found you guys and drove there. I only waited 10minutes and then the nurse practitioner saw me. She was wonderful, checked me out even covid test. Yes, it was a double ear infection. I was given a script for antibiotics. I recommend this facility highly.

I was excited to learn that there was a brand new urgent care closer than the one we usually drive to. I made the earliest available appointment and we were the first to arrive with no one in the waiting room. The receptionist was very rude and took over 30 minutes to check us in!!! I was horrified. She took phone calls and had personal conversations while we sat at her desk waiting to be checked in. We then waited another 15-20 minutes in the waiting room which was still virtually empty while the care provider and nurse paced the back hallway (presumably waiting for us to be checked in and seen). Once we were finally called back, nearly an hour after our scheduled appointment, we were seen relatively quickly. The nurse slowly warmed up and became kinder to my child and the provider who saw us, Elizabeth, was wonderful. She was so kind and patient with my little one. Based on the wait time and front desk service, I would probably not return if not needed.
