This was urgent care no appointment was necessary check in was very smooth and easy. NP Karen Anderson was excellent caring considerate she listened and compassionate. I appreciate her. I would recommend this provider.

My RN & Doc we’re great & professional. Also, I enjoyed my interaction with the Check-In Administrator. She was very kind.

Dr Jeremy Smith is incompetent, unprofessional and gives terrible advice. When trying to ask questions about medicine prescribed and reasons for it due to no lab results he got infuriated, getting uncomfortably close and waving his hands trying to prove how he is an expert and basically if we came to him we need to shut up and listen to what he told to take trying to tell me and my partner about his degrees and experiences. His hands were shaking when I was trying to get answers from him. He told they did not have a medicine for a shot that day and will have it tomorrow and to come back tomorrow. Came back tomorrow just to find out everything was closed. They did not fill out mine and my partners info correctly and were not able to get us into my chart to view lab results. Telling us we need to call online for help. Online help was no help. Ended up going to west end urgent care the next day to get treated as it was urgent based on Smiths advice. To find out what he prescribed was not accurate without having lab results. And got access to the chart through the west end bonsecours. This doctor is unfit to work at an urgent care where people come to get urgent help instead they get attitude and misinformation.  The office staff was fine, giving one star for all because of the doc.

The antibiotic injection went smoothly overall. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome and my needs and questions were addressed.

From the front desk reception to the nurses and doctor we were treated with dignity and respect . I appreciated each and every individual we encountered, they were all professional and polite. My daughter is great now and I truly appreciate the support. Thanks 🙏.

I cut my hand, arrived at Urgent Care. Was seen i.mediately, vitals taken, Mindy the P.A. was through, explained procedure which required 9 stitches and a Tetnatus shot. I was in and out in approximately 45 .instead. extremely professional. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Registration was immediate with professionalism and courtesy. Once registration complete we were seen by medical staff at once.  Examined by PA Corter who was professional, personable and took the time to explain potential diagnosis/symptoms. Discharged with an explanation and  supporting paperwork.  Will revisit again if needed and recommend to others as well.

The NP who took care of me was a great lady who was very friendly and helped me be comfortable as I hate going to doctors/dentists. Very happy with my outcome thank you. I would recommend this provider
