Everyone was really friendly, from the front desk representative, to the nurse/medical assistant, to the nurse practitioner. It was a short wait to be seen and I was on my way with a solution to the immediate problem, and a referral to see a specialist for follow-up evaluation and treatment. Would return if the need for urgent care presented again.

I walked in without an appointment and had short wait about ten minutes. The electronic checkin was a little cumbersome. The staff was great! I was evaluated and referred to ER for ultrasound. In and out in less than a hour!

My daughter was seen and sent to another urgent care location for a chest x-ray. I was assured that I would get a call with the results of the X-ray by the end of the day. Unfortunately, I never received a call about the results at all so I had to seek care somewhere else.

All staff was great except for the NP...was not attentive to my needs...felt as though I was rushed through the process...not really willing to explain or answer questions I had...bedside manner was not good and I was getting frustrated with her so instead of it going left I was justvready for her ro tell.me.anything so I could just leave...ended up going to another urgent care for the care I needed...would not recommend that location to anyone

I have been sick the last couple of days. I came in registration was easy I didn’t book ahead and only waited maybe 5 mins. I was in and out within 20 mins. Great job staff was friendly and helpful

Had sore throat for about 5 days.  Walked in, was seen and out within 30 minutes.  Excellent care by all at Regency.  Will definitely return if a need should arise. Would definitely recommend Corina Nuckols.

I was seen very quickly and everyone was great. The longest issue was the reading of the x-ray.

They were great, no complaints. Definitely top notch urgent care.

Was seen for sinus. Everyone was very nice, but from the moment I walked in, it sounded like a party in the back. When in the exam room, I could hear everything the other patient and NP were saying, so much for privacy. The NP asked one question and said you don't have a sinus infection and kind of laughed it off. If she felt I didn't, ok but atleast exam me first before you make the decision. I didn't feel she was professional enough, although she was very cordial, I didn't feel confident in her care.

I would highly recommend for non emergencies, check-in was a breeze.  Doctor listened to what my issue was and offered great advice if this was to happen again. Friendly staff.
