I was dealing with an eye infection and decided to schedule an appointment with this facility. From the moment I walked in the door and even at the last instance, my service was phenomenal. I was given attentive service and the solutions I needed to care for my eye moving forward.  I highly recommend this location.  Thank you Bon Secours Urgent Care at Regency!

Everyone was excellent! LaTanya was so welcoming and helpful. Josh took me back in a timely manner and was very kind and polite. And then last in a minute I was seen by Corina Wright she listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. My visit today was EXCELLENT! And I would definitely recommend.

Was able to book appointment and be seen within same hour.  Wait time in lobby and for NP in room was surprisingly short.  NP Corina was professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She took time to address all my concerns.   Her nurse was also professional and friendly. They were short staffed the day I was seen, so was disappointed no X-ray tech was available to confirm my Dx before being prescribed antibiotics.  I was recommended by my Primary Care to visit an BS urgent care for f/u bc of X-ray availability.   Also, front desk receptionist was rude and got upset when asked to repeat/clarify her question.

When someone tells you they have done something already for days and are still sick and are getting progressively worse, the proper thing to do is to test them for strep, flu, and Covid. And to definitely ask if they’ve taken any meds that day. So on and so forth. You cannot just pull a diagnosis out of a hat after checking their vitals and say “yeah it’s a virus” take more over the counter crap. Be on your way. That’s not how that works. Your lack of care and compassion and inability to pay attention to your patient allowed bronchitis to spread further. I had to go to the flippin hospital because I couldn’t breathe. They wanted to know how this clinic couldn’t detect what was heard in my lungs and why I wasn’t prescribed antibiotics days ago… and to that I asked the same thing. I am disappointed. It seems bon secours has just gotten so much worse over the past ten years. Every experience I keep telling myself it’s just a bad day. Keep trying. But this was just inexcusable. You’re going to kill people if you don’t do better.  I cannot recommend this clinic at this time. I’m sad to say you’re better off just going to minuteclinic or waiting the hours necessary at a hospital. That’s kind of saying something.

Fell in a grocery store and was having severe back pain. Everyone was helpful from the time I walked in, and the nurse was so helpful with my X-rays… I tried to lay down on the table but I was in too much pain. She worked with me to complete them standing! The nurse practitioner was great as well! Will definitely recommend!
