I was having issues walking after I stubbed my toe weeks ago. I thought it would heal with time but was getting worse instead. Decided to just go to the walk in instead of waiting to get an appointment with my doctor and am so glad I did. The staff there is amazing and I did not have to sit there for hours waiting for my turn, Not only did they perform an xray- they also put in an appointment for me with an ortho. I will definitely be going there again.

I arrived at the center on Parham and everything was easy!  Staff was excellent! The decided after looking at my wound, that they wanted me to go to Bonsecur emergency room in short pump and that’s where I went. Everything was fine and if I ever need emergency care again, I would choose that location

Check in was very speedy and courteous  Nursing and X-ray were spot on My only problem was, I was given an appointment with a specialist with group name, address, and time, when I arrived at the specialist (also a Bon Secour practice), I was not on their schedule and was told I had to reschedule.  This was very time consuming and frustrating.

CMA asked me about symptoms and then proceeded to ask what did I want to accomplish on this visit? -Majority of the patients are seeking a diagnosis and treatment when they visit an urgent care? So when I present my child's symptom when she is visibly ill, its apparent I want to accomplish TREATMENT. NP barged into the room and stated she needed to be seen at ER immediately, and I was fine with her recommendation. She presented my child's illness was an emergency and we needed to wait for EMS or go immediately. But then I had to wait for her to take photos of my child. If I need to go now, then I need to leave immediately. And there was no consent to take photos. Will not be returning, my first and last time at a bon secours urgent care, only pleasant experience was check in. The ladies in the back need better bedside manner.

Have a history of UTI's and am being folowed by a urologist. NP told me to go see my urologist. I explained that I could not get an appoinment until later this week and my UTI could not wait. She then seemed to understand why I was there. I booked an appoitment but was told by NP that I really didn't have to get one, just show up. When people came in after me they were told it would be a 2 hr wait,so they left. I go there at 9 AM and left at 11:30 AM. I was seen at 11:22 and out by 11:30. A lot of wait time and there was nothing to read or watch.
