Doctor was not there. Staff does not pay attention to the information you give them. Will not go back.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

This was the nicest and cleanest urgent clinic I’ve ever seen! Maria over the phone took care to answer my questions over the phone so I could bring in my elderly mother. The dr was also very patient and kind!

My son had a terribly high fever and cough. Even though their website said to expect longer then usual wait times due to increase of respiratory illnesses, we booked an appointment and were seen within no time. Maria was so courteous and helpful getting my insurance squared away quickly. Dr. O, as always, was the absolute best! I love his better safe than sorry approach. He prescribed additional meds so my son would not contract any bacteria while being so worn down with the flu. This is the only urgent care I will go to!!!

First time at Brazos and my visit was acceptionable! My wait time was minimal and information approval was quick. Staff is friendly and professional. My NP was informative, compassionate and explained the diagnosis and medication ordered. I recommend Brazos Urgent Care for any health issues you may have.

Walked into the clinic extremely congested; receptionist was very polite and helpful. Paperwork process was simple and efficient. The treating Physician was attentive and thorough.  There literally was no waiting time everything is methodically planned to treat the patient as soon as possible,
