I sceduled an appointment on-line with the Solvohealth app abd it made checkin easy. The staff greeted and had me in a room immediately. The nurse practioner wsa very professional and set me on a course to establish a cure for my ailment with a follow up visit the following week. I am ver satisfied with choosing Brazos Urgent Care.

Easy to schedule a time, and was taken back as soon as we arrived. My daughter recieved excellent care. The staff is wonderful. I have been here many times and always have a positive experience.

Woke up with a tight feeling in my chest, called to schedule an appointment within the hour & was seen right away. Her diagnosis was swift & they had my prescription over at the pharmacy before I was out the door. Great staff members, keep up the great work!

Have been sick with a sore throat and no feeling good for a few days, of course the weekend is worst. Go to urgent care and basically got a bandaid for my throat...something to numb it and some over the counter cough meds and steroids.. none of which will help my infection which I have. So here I am 5 days later and still in pain. I need antibiotics.. this is crazy. I will never pay for urgent care again.

The nurse practitioner was really sweet, but the doctor herself was incredibly rude. She also seem to have no idea what she was doing and referred to me as “you” rather than my name. BAD experience to have when you’re not feeling good. I think she’d have better luck working at a DMV where customer service skills aren’t required.

I came home at 7pm and decided to see an urgent care for increasing pain in my left ear. I looked at Brazos right away and was able to schedule so fast. And was seen and out within 30 mins. I love coming to this urgent care

i'm from out of town visiting my sister. i fell & injured my foot. this facility took me as a walk-in & treated me exceedingly well. very friendly & knowledgeable staff. as a marine corps veteran i was delighted & thankful to discover they handle va insurance.  i highly recommend this place.

Some of the kindest staff I’ve been around in a hospital setting.  It truly made my visit actually enjoyable considering where I was.  In fact I’m looking forward to my follow up, they’re that great!

Entire experience was very easy.  Every one was so very kind. I felt very well cared for.

Woke up in the morning had a sore throat made an appointment same morning easy. I waited in the front lobby. Five minutes in the back. I waited 40 minutes. Not satisfied with the computer not working to say what my co-pay was and they wanted me to pay a self-pay but I refused so I only paid $60. I work in HR and know my deductible Co-pay I mean should have been only $40-$50. Not happy that the front desk receptionist was the same lady who took my vitals and gave me my shots. I think they need more staffing for receptionist and one for the lady who takes the vitals.
