Friendly environment and place was very clean. No problems with the staff and easy documentation process. All went well and good. Definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

Fast and easy!  I was able to get in and get out without any problems!

We usually go to Champions Urgent care, but they never answer the phone. So, I searched urgent care centers near me and Brazos came up. It’s a little further, however, I am glad that I went here. It was clean and customer service was very good. I will say they should have 2 people working the front as only one person was assisting patients, then she had to take weight and assist with the back, that’s the only thing thus far.

I came back from Dallas where I got chilled and came down with a cold. Not being sur I went to Brazos care that’s about 3/4 of a mile from our house. They saw me quickly and checked me out and did the covid test which was negative and set me up with some meds for my cough. Great experience!

Excellent care and scheduling an appointment was easy.

Woke up not feeling good, there was no wait. The Dr. Theresa was very caring and friendly.

If your situation for coming in is even slightly complicated in terms of medication, you're going to get very frustrated over how incompetent the front desk and supervisor are. For days, the supervisor kept telling me they would call the pharmacy over something that was urgent to me. What a surprise, the whole point of urgent care is because you need something urgent right? But the front desk was useless, had no idea how medications were sent or managed, and also kept saying she'd talk to the pharmacy but never got back got to me. The provider did her best, but it was incredibly frustrating to deal with people who clearly didn't view your urgent situation as urgent. If you have even the slightest worry your situation might be more than routine, please go somewhere else where the front desk and staff are actually knowledgeable about the bare bones of medication and have compassion over your urgent situation.

The front desk/medical system was very nice and timely and friendly. I was in an exam in no time with EKG. Had to wait a little bit for the doctor, but once we got started, things moved along pretty well.

First time. Great area. My appointment is on Tuesday.
