Had ear infection in both ears , went in because I didn’t want to go to a major ER , especially after it getting worse after my primary care physician.  Wait time was good as I was a walk in, however front desk want immediately available. Once I completed everything on my phone for check in pretty much doing front desk job, I was then called to the back. The doctor asked the assistant for a tool needed to see if she could extract some of the infection out she said she didn’t see it. The visit continued where she tried to remove some of the infection as it had affected both of my ears and I couldn’t hear well. But she only did two small scoops in one ear and wiped it off all while I was sitting in the chair not on the exam bed. She told me she would prescribe me a different medication and send to my pharmacy but nothing was sent. Earaches are painful and I hate I wasted travel time and gas to go there just to have to still go back to the big ER. Not cool , but the office looked and smelled clean.

They were so patient and I could tell they really cared. My mom’s not the easiest person to talk with but they were wonderful with her. She even said so. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

The visit cost was overpriced, 120$ only for talking !!! They did nothing for us because they seemed didn’t want to be responsible,  They offered a simple option of care and wanted to charge us anyway, didn’t like this place

I had a horrible experience. Never again will I go back. They are super slow and very unorganized and to me they don’t care about their patients

If you don’t have a provider physically there, you shouldn’t be taking appointments. I could have done a FREE telemedicine visit form the comfort of my home. Instead I came to your facility and paid $75 to see a nurse practitioner on a screen. She couldn’t check my ears or my throat. Such a waste of $75 and my time. 🤬🤬🤬
