Walked in and was waited on immediately. I will add that I was the only one there. Perfect timing on my part. The staff was very professional. I was treated for a bladder infection. It's a week later, and inbreeding is gone. Thanks!

Came with a problem of ear wax plug that had to be removed. NP said there was no plug but there is a scar tissue, prescribed unneeded medication and sent us to ENT. The wrong medication didn’t help and made the problem worse. When we went to an ENT he said there is an ear wax plug, cleaned it and the problem was solved. No medication needed. I am very unsatisfied of receiving a wrong diagnosis and making a problem worse when ear wax plug is something relatively easy to diagnose and remove.

Staff was friendly but they did not send my prescription to the pharmacy. I called them to see if i can get an update and check if they proceeded to fill my prescription and they said they had the wrong one on file. I updated them with the correct pharmacy and they still did not send it to the pharmacy and now the clinic is closed for the night and I can’t get in contact with anyone.

I appreciate the quick service on a holiday. The nurse practitioner was great. Due to it being a holiday we had looked for a cvs that would be open. We found one on Bay Area blvd that was open late.  The tech who worked at the front desk did not have the friendliest attitude when I walked in. I heard the nurse practitioner tell her to send them to the CVS on Bay Area but the tech had sent it to the wrong one. She sent it to one in a cvs that is inside Walgreens that was closed.  Not the biggest deal, but it was an inconvenience to not get my cough medicine and tamiflu until 10am today.  Overall it was a good and quick experience.

Walked in to address my daughter's injured toe. Wait time was a bit long from the time we checked in until we were seen by the nurse. Other than that the visit went well. Yes, I would recommend this Urgent care.

The process to see the provider was very quick and easy, and test results came back promptly. However, my main concern is that I didn’t receive discharge papers—only verbal instructions from the provider. Additionally, we never received the prescription. My son tested positive for the flu, and the doctor said they would prescribe Tamiflu. Unfortunately, the pharmacy we use was closed, so I contacted a 24-hour CVS, but they informed me they didn’t have the prescription on file. I had to take my son to a different doctor to get the medication.
