Daughter woke up w barking cough, red sore throat. Been around 4 ppl who all were sick and put on abx. Got told, may not need abx YET, give it a day or 2 see if she gets worse. In mean time, giving steroids. Give tylenol for throat. Keep home from school until we know. I get the need to not over prescribe abx, but same exact symptoms, 4 direct exposures, i was completely ignored, because medical member is a PA, w a slight power trip. Give it 2 days and bring her back, equates to, it's then been 48hrs we can charge you again for a new visit.
