Came in at 9 am they were pleasant & very attentive I was in & out in no time I didn’t feel rushed it was a good experience I would definitely go back if I needed to .

I luv how fast the appointment was scheduled and how my mom was seen by the NP right after we filled out the Registration form.

I was in pain yet the staff was professional, understanding, thorough and Knowledgable. Best urgent care I've ever been to.

The throat swab was inadequate and my strep test was negative. I just got a positive strep test at a different urgent care. Wasn’t of time, money and a lot of pain.

The young lady working there was very professional and polite. She took great care. Only issue I had was I was not made aware the actual doctor would see me on via televisit on a video call. Until I was already in the room and had my vitals checked.

I went in due to my sciatic nerve in my left leg. The receptionist was very polite and professional however she was multitasking. She was the receptionist, insurance verification clerk and MA. She checked me in, verified my insurance and took my vitals. All while wearing no gloves or mask. Then informed me that I would be seeing a PA after taking my $140 bucks. The PA entered the room with no name badge showing her credentials and had on scrubs with a scrub jacket that was faded and appeared to be dirty. She examined me with any gloves by looking in my ear, checking my throat and nose and listening to my heart and lungs. It felt like a scam she then offered to send me for an MRI with Alliance MRI facility and give me pain meds doing all this without even an X-ray. She said she could not call in the meds but could give me a hand written prescription I thought that was weird. My blood pressure was elevated and she didn’t even mention it. I left and went to Neighbors ER and felt confident the nurses and doctors had my best interest at heart. I received an X-ray and blood work and meds after the doctor confirmed my diagnosis. Be careful of mindful of who you allow to give you medical advice. I will never go to this place again! I want my $140 back and I didn’t fill the prescription the PA gave me what a waste of my time and money!
