Brought my son in for a rash that had not resolved after a day of over the counter treatment. The wait time was short at about 10:45 am on a Sunday morning. We were brought in before I could finish the online registration. The staff was very friendly. The provider, Andrew, was very informative and kind. I appreciate the way he spoke to my son with empathy and explained what he was going to prescribe in terms that we both could understand. The prescription was sent promptly to the pharmacy of our choice and we were able to go on with our day. His rash is improving. Thank you

The on-line scheduling makes it so easy to make an appointment. This is my second time visiting Brea Urgent Care and both times have been very efficient with limited wait times and staff that is engaged and caring. Keep up the good work.

Fell at home doing Yard Work.  My wrist was sore and worsened as the day went on.  Went to Brea Urgent Care and I was completely taken care of from start to finish !!!  I was greeted and attended to in a very friendly and professional manner.  Very Satisfied !!!!!

Liked the ladies in the front, nice and friendly, efficient. PA was good.

Walked in and was greeted by one of the front staff employees. She asked if I had an appointment to which I informed her I did not. She asked what my reason for visit was and I told her a UTI. I really wish she would have waited until there wasn't another patient at the front desk to ask my reason for visit. Seems a bit impersonal.

I was stung by a bee and had some swelling and pain. I phoned and they quickly verified my insurance and scheduled me. The staff, assistants  and Doctor were excellent. I was treated professionally and with care! Thank you!
