Got me back even earlier than my appointment and all staff was great. Lady up front was awesome to talk to and the doctor was amazing.

I had to get stitches removed so I went to the nearest urgent care. The check in process was simple and quick. The wait time was short and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

Our son had a sports injury Tuesday evening the next morning, we felt like he needed to see someone. We looked at the rock Hill location and the wait time was a bit long and then discovered the Fort Mill location, which had an appointment at 8:15. Similar to the rock Hill location, Dr. Baker is fabulous as is the entire staff. we are very grateful to have broken to better Available when we need them. By 9 AM we had the x-rays back had a referral to ortho Carolina and were able to see an orthopedist at 10 AM. The efficiency, professionalism is undeniable at this location. I highly recommend this facility.

I had the the flu  so I came to broken to better urgent care in rockhill sc but they had a long wait so they asked  me did I want to go to the fortmill location. When I arrived I was already checked in and every single person in the office was very nice and helping I have no complaints and I would recommend anyone to this urgent care.

Very considerate and helpful staff! Not a typical urgent care where you just get pushed through and back out the door.

We’ve never had a bad experience at this broken into better location. The nurse and front staff are friendly. The doctor is very kind and patient with my children. We are in and out in 45 minutes, which is amazing for a mom of three. Love being able to schedule an appointment online and do all of my check in before I get there.

Scheduled an appointment quite easily on the website; walked in to check-in; my name was called in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very cordial and helpful.

Can’t say enough good things about Broken to Better! Their staff is so sweet, scheduling and ability to get in is super easy, and the doctors & nurses have the best bedside manner. Something you don’t see much of these days, especially in an urgent care setting. Not to mention I LOVE they are a family owned business. They will always have my business!

This is the second time we have been to the clinic in the past couple of weeks. We scheduled him online and I was a walk in, both times went so smoothly to check in. The staff is so friendly and helpful up front with hardly any wait time to see someone.  The nurses, PA and doctors were so caring and attentive to our needs being sick.  We will definitely recommend this clinic and be returning ourselves.

My daughter wasn’t feeling great this morning so I decided to try Broken to Better for the first time. It was easy to schedule online and they had plenty of spots open. Staff was wonderful, office was very clean and we were in and out in 30 minutes. She will be feeling better in no time! Highly recommend this office!
