Everything and everyone was great. I've always had the best experience going here.

It would not let me schedule online so I was a walk in. I was the first person of the day to sign in. The waiting app said there was one person ahead of me but 5 people were taken back before me. Once I was called back. The nurse got me a wheelchair as soon as I stumbled. She was very pleasant and patient. The doctor was very gentle with taking the compression sleeve and sock off. The nurse and I talked about the different xray machines we have worked while I got x-rays. The pricing was reasonable for self pay. I would recommend this urgent care. I happy to see a place like this next to a college.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Staff was kind and attentive whic matters when you feel terribly sick. I highly recommend this practice.

The doctor was great. I needed 4 sutures in my hand and he did a very professional job.

Got an infection in my thumb and soon as the doctor saw it, she knew exactly what it was. Script for some antibiotics and 10 minutes later I was out the door. Amazing people from the get go!

My appt time was 3:45. Checked in at 3:36. Didn’t get called back until after 4. The triage nurse was very nice and attentive and the young woman working the front desk was killing it. The NP was less than friendly and not very helpful. After telling me my test were negative, she agreed to call in a cough medicine and never did. I did not receive a copy of my test results. Very frustrating when you aren’t feeling well.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone was polite and personable. Facility was clean and the PA answered all my questions without me feeling like I was rushed.
