I have never been treated so poorly at Broken to Better. The nurse practitioner barely looked in my ears, told me there was no infection and that was that. She didn’t take the time to look in my nose, throat, listen to my lungs or listen how badly my ear hurts just shooed me on my way.

Initially I wasn't able to do a walk in appointment, but the CSR was very sweet and helpful to get me scheduled for an afternoon appointment that day. Zach Reverts was very kind and thorough with a plan for treatment. Today is only the day after my appointment, and I am already feeling much better. I think I have finally found my new medical.proviser/facility.

Everything went amazing with the dr office visit. Also may I add normally there is a break down , delay or a screw with have meds called in to a pharmacy from Dr offices. Not from here. It went all without a hickup. I was so very pleased. Thank you so very much. This is how you want to be treated and cared for when you are sick. Thank you all.
