I've been coming here for years now. I have never experienced any issues any of the other comments have. I have seen people walk in with attitudes thinking they are in control but no one takes the time to be in the know and when the staff tries to indulge them with some knowledge they get all huffy. This place is amazing. Be kind and courteous yourselves and perhaps you'd enjoy it as well!

Visited Brunswick Urgent Care for a COVID test, never got pass the receptionist, the experience was terrible so I just left. Read on for more details. Needed a Pre-OP COVID test and was refer to Brunswick Urgent Care to get it done. 1. There were 2 front desk receptionist, the one I was speaking with was nice and cordial the other kept jumping into the conversation we were having with another patient right in front of her. I had to ask her to show some respect and provide the necessary attention to the patient and please stay out of the conversation we are having. 2. Again I was there for a simple COVID test, they make you fill out multiple sheets of paper including employer details, SS#, consent to their arbitrary (an entire page) policy of using and sharing your information. I inquired as to why all of this was necessary and was told it's their policy. 3. After completing the sheets consenting to their questionable policies, they requested my credit card to be put on file. I inquire as to why that was necessary and was informed it's their policy. I ask if or when they will charge my card and was advised if they can't get in touch they automatically charge the card. Hesitantly, I provided the card and inform that I am not giving a blank consent to charge my card with out my approval which is needed for each transaction. They advise that by providing the card it's basically a blank consent for them to charge anytime. 4. Forms completed check, consent approve check, credit card provided check. Please have a seat and I will call you in a bit to pay your co-pay. What co-pay? You haven't provided me any service! We need to determine the co-pay and have you pay it before the service is rendered. 5. The is completely ridiculous. I was already on the limb about all the personal info you requested, consent you required me to sign, giving you my credit card to keep on file with a blank approval to charge, now you want me to pay before service is even rendered. It's the final straw. Took my information and left. 6. Never in my experience did I have to pay for health service before it's even rendered. Usually, I provide my health insurance information, a claim is submitted/processed at which point I am informed of what I am responsible for (if any) then I make a payment. Do not have to put a card on file or provide a blank consent to charge my card. I can't tell you where to go for your urgent care needs but based on my experience avoid Brunswick Urgent Care and their affiliated offices at all cost or risk an experience like mine or worst.

Very accommodating and thorough. The nurse Edina was sweet and attentive! I never felt rushed even with all the questions I had!

Bunch of confused people who think they are running this shop for charity. Staff attitude is worst and even when complained they are proud of doing what they do best - ignore. They couldn’t even adapt to the new reality of Covid world where they take 2 hrs to just collect a Covid sample. They put you in a general queue. Also never walk-in into this place, you will die in the parking lot waiting for your turn, but they are proud to promote they are a walk-in place. Sic.... Go somewhere else - save your time, money and sanity. They’re lot of good urgent care/Covid sample collection centers in NJ.
