I came into this location Sunday, August 13, 2023. I had rolled my ankle and fallen down my front steps that morning. My ankle left was in pain, my right shin was bruised, swollen and also in pain, and I scraped up both knees. Dr Phan treated me. I had voiced my concerns about my ankle and my shin. He x-rayed my ankle and told me my shin is just bruised, and there was no need to x-ray because if it was broken/fractured i wouldn't have been able to walk in. And though I agree, for peace of mind, would've been nice to have it x-rayed. He had also asked if i felt if i needed stitches on my scraped knees, but didn't check them. He x-rayed my left ankle, it came back that my it had a minor sprain and he said i can wrap it if i want. and to just ice both my ankle and shin and to clean the scrapes with soap and water and to use neosporin. here we are over a week later, my shin is badly bruised, swelled up the last two days and my scrapes haven't healed. I went to another provider, the immediately said i needed my shin x-rayed, needed to get a tetanus shot AND be put on antibiotics because it looked like the scrapes were infected. the x-ray came back that there were no injuries (thank God) but there is a foreign body in my shin, so now i have to go to an orthopedic to have it checked further. Had Dr Phan listened to my concerns about my shin, I would've known this over a week ago and had already seen the Ortho. And an infection could have been avoided. I will never go to another Brunswick Urgent Care again. Lack of respect and care for the patient.

Dr. Zachary Perlman immediately diagnosed husband's fractured shoulder. He took rays, told my husband to wear a sling provided. He recommended a top orthopedist for him to see. Not only that he contacted the doctor directly. Making it easier for my husband to come in to see that doctor. He went over and above. I highly recommend Dr. Perlman. He made the long wait worthwhile.

been here several times the place is very clean and comfy, the staff from receptionist to nurses to doctors were all nice and friendly,special mention to dr cindy hackbart she's so great and very accomodating

What a wonderful experience at Brunswick Urgent Care! The office is beautiful- very clean with a large, comfortable waiting room! The staff from the front reception area to the nurses and doctors were all very kind, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of quality care!
