I left work for a scheduled 12pm annual physical that has to be completed by November 30th....When I arrived at 1145 am I was told the doctor would not be back until after 130pm.....How does this happen I would love for someone to call me back

Friendly neighborhood urgent care facility. Nurse Shelia was Amazing. She helped me with multiple concerns! She also helped me with my medications. They were at the pharmacy ASAP. I booked the appointment online with ease it was fast and easy. Thanks again Sheila!!!!

I went in for a rapid Covid test and was in and out with 5 minutes. Results were within 15 minutes.

Didn't have rapid test at 9:00am. They text me back when the test arrived at 10:00am. I went and got tested quick and easy.

I made my appointment online, checked in online, and waited in my car as instructed. There were two people ahead of me in line. I watched two cars of people get swabbed and leave and there was still one name ahead of mine for some reason. I waited a total of about 45 minutes and then I called the number and was told to wait in my car. After another 30 minutes of watching people come and go around me I called again and was placed on hold, which I sat with for several minutes until the call was hung up without being answered. At this point I had called multiple times and waited over 2 hours, and there were so many people at the clinic that I was getting parked into my parking space so instead of continuing to wait and have my calls hung up I left.

I had a terrible experience with the provider. The scheduling and reminder notifications worked flawless. The check-in process via phone worked flawless. But then no one ever contacted me for the appointment to start. The online system still says I am number two in the queue. The facility closed yet people were still coming and going but the phone number went straight to voicemail so I wasn't able to talk to a person about my situation. Since I had COVID and needed a test, I was unable to physically walk in per the facilities rules. So even though I arrived at my appointment early and checked in prior to my appointment time successfully, I was never able to actually receive the service I requested. No one ever followed up with me or explained their failure or apologized. I am never going back to that facility.
