I’m still waiting….

Great staff very friendly and caring!!

I had an appointment for 11:00 in 9-25. I received a text stating I was all set for the appointment and when I arrive to call from the parking lot. I am presently sitting in the waiting room and the girl at the front deck says she had no information on me. I showed her my text and still no help. This is terrible I don’t feel good and I’m here for a rapid Covid test. I made the appointment so I didn’t need to wait. Why she hasent told me yet what to do is wrong she just said have a seat. She needs some training on how to treat sick people.

The staff is awesome!!! The wait was a little long to get antibody testing but the staff was sincerely amazing!!!

Called for rapid test instructions at 130, was told to come to the parking lot and call. Left work and arrived at 202. Called inside and was informed they were done for for day, come back tomorrow at 9am. Called into work to have a 9am test done, only to arrive and have them tell me they don’t start testing until ten. Rude, waste of time, get your employees on the same page!!!

Very easy to get appointment. Staff very professional and empathetic and answered all my questions. They were appreciated. Wait time wasn't too bad. Facility appeared to be constantly busy

I better not be charged for the day earwax removal like it seems like I am gonna to be.

The nurse/healthcare worker was totally awesome, she was friendly, kind, polite, and very humorous, she told me everything about the covid-19 testing procedures and, answered every question I had about them as well as the wait time for the results. This healthcare was simply phenomenal.

Take forever we waited inside for 4hours

The staff was friendly and precessional. The facility was clean and the Dr was very thoughtful and patient. The Dr took the time to answer all of my questions and shared some insight on testing and my condition and concerns. I felt comfortable and satisfied with my visit and service.
