Attempted to contact this clinic numerous times by phone throughout the day in order to confirm Medicaid/Medi-Cal FFS coverage before making my way over as no other local urgent cares accept it. No answer whatsoever. Goes to a voicemail with no greeting or statement of business name. Clinic's website is inactive so nothing to look at for reference. Went ahead and booked the same-day appointment on Solv as instructed. Arrived to the clinic at 4:30pm for my 4:37pm appointment (confirmed via Solv/text) and the door was locked, no staff in the office, outside open sign blinking, signage on the outside void of hours of operation and contact information, attempted again to call numerous times with no response. Waited till 5pm with no call-back/service/greeting. Had to borrow transportation for the day ultimately to waste my time. Super unprofessional/unethical, especially for those seeking "urgent care."

They saved our vacation with a rapid covid test that really was rapid! Crystal was super!

What a joke, Booked my appt a week ago. These clowns don't have a rapid pcr test ready in 15 min that they advertise on the website. Receptionist said it might be confusing like i made the mistake. There is no mistake on my part. It says clearly on the webiste 199$ for a rapid pcr test in 15 min.

The worse service ever. I was going here for years but now it’s so bad. Will never come back or recommend. I’m worse now then going there and for a simple procedure.

This place exploited me by prescribing the most expensive medication. I mentioned generic brands and she ignored them. The medication she prescribed had a 1000% markup. When I bring up the concern they act dumb and say the insurance will pay for it. The insurance will just pass the costs to me. Place is scammy and unethical.

They took very good care of my daughter. They were prompt, kind, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place.
