Normally I'd prefer to have an in-person appointment, but totally understand we had to connect virtually due to Covid-19. The online doctor was really helpful, nice and friendly employees. Thanks for your service.

This place is horrible. Dirty. The last time I came they didn’t have covers for the ear thermometer and tried to stick it in my ear without cleaning it. I called and was told to come at 3 because he doctor would be on lunch until then. Got here at 3:00 and was told the doctor wouldn’t get here until 3:30. It is 4:15 and I have not been seen. They took so long to verify my insurance (even though I’ve been here and haven’t changed insurance) that the person who arrived 45 minutes after me is being seen before me. They could have begun verfiyibg my insurance when I got here at 3 but they didn’t try until 3:45. I hate this place so much. It’s so dirty and unprofessional. There’s a dead cockroach. The walls and floors are dirty.
