Just got my daughter a covid test at this location. My husband had checked her in, but after waiting over 2 hours, he needed to leave for a work from home meeting so I was waiting with my daughter. A very rude woman came to the car looking for my husband. I said "Tyler is my husband, he checked her in but had to leave. They said it would be ok if I was the one here." She said "well I am looking for Tyler" and started to storm off. I had to yell across the parking lot for her to come back, that the person in need of testing was in the car. She could have been done faster had she just taken a moment to listen to me instead of storming off. Update: the facility sent "results" to my email that didn't even have the patients name and date of birth attached. I had to return to the site to get her report. I gave her name and date of birth and they said "oh your the person that left the review" and then had to ask the manager if it was ok to give me the documents for my daughter to return to school. Like seriously, you people are going to hold my paperwork (for the test my insurance paid for) because I left a review for your unprofessional and rude attitude in the first place? I went outside and told those waiting about my experience and the manager followed me to my car yelling and attempted to TAKE THE PAPER out of my hands. She then told me to "Get the ____ off her property." And when I told her she was being a b___ she said "come on! Let's go!" Like she wanted to fist fight me right there. For a healthcare facility, this is the most unprofessional and rude facility I have ever encountered. I'm absolutely stunned.

The female Dr. I worked with was more concerned with having her shift over on a Friday afternoon instead of taking care of my needs. A prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy which I verified the location 3 times and it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Additionally, the notes on how to utilize the prescription were confusing to the pharmacist that he was not comfortable filling the prescription based on that. The following day I tried calling the office to get this straightened out and they were closed. I ended up going to another urgent care.

First the hours on the web site are wrong they are not open at 8an. Due to carina they don’t open till 9an. UPDATE the web site. I waited in the parking lot for an hour and the first question was what’s your insurance. In Fl where a lot of residents are on Medicare how do you not accept it. Just post what insurance you do accept instead of me making a waitlisted trip. Also don’t falsely post services. How can you diagnose fractures or broken bones when you DON’T have X-ray equipment. I DO NOT recommend thus place at all. They need to be honest on their website.

I was provided with very efficient and effective medical care. The initial patient information gathering process was done quickly at reception and consent forms were signed using an iPad. The physician was thorough in explaining to me the current state of my injury and the best course of treatment. Highly recommended!
