Went in to get a small piece of metal removed from my eye. Receptionist was very nice and checked me in and took payment. Waited approx 45 mins in the exam room. Dr came in and immediately said I would probably hav to go to the ER. They don’t have the special tools for removing the metal from my eye. No one ever mentioned that before I paid $110 and waited for almost an hour. Ended up at Caprock ER and they were great. Integrity Urgent Care is a scam. I will never return

The receptionist Taylor was absolutely the sweetest and welcoming as soon as we walked in. As we walked to the back to our assigned room both nurses Kelli and Brian were welcoming, smiling, and friendly. The nurse Kelli was so amazing and gentle with my child. The PA Lauren was wonderful and very informative. She definitely put our minds at ease with my sons issue. I definitely recommend this facility.
