Went in for an urgent care matter an it was a great experience. My NP Beth was very friendly kind and informative. She made me feel very taken care of and heard. Don’t get too many of those experience in the health care world. Glad I came here.

Excellent care at the Antioch, CA Carbon Health center.  PA Birti Singh is great — knowledgeable, kind, good listener, responsive!  And so was the intake medical assistant.  They are both wonderful and my case — pertussis— has not been an easy one.  They have provided thorough and conscientious care — would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

I went online to schedule my appointment. It was very easy. Check-in was very easy. The staff is always nice. This was my second visit. The wait time was very minimal and the care that I got from the front office staff to the doctor in the office was great.

Carbon health is always there for me when I have a health issue. They're caring and knowledgeable. I'm greeted with the utmost respect and care. They will conduct follow up calls to check on me . I highly recommend them !

Went online to make my appointment with ease. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Met with PA Beth and she amazing and very thorough. Got the necessary meds and I am feeling better.

It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

Never will I come back. I went there on 09/10/23 for a drug test. I waited there for 35 min before anyone told me they couldn’t do the test today because no one could pick it up. Wasted my time. Then today I come back on 09/13/23. I was the second person to check in. I had an appointment at 9am. 4 people who walked in after me were helped first. At 9:45 I stood up and told them I was here first and my appointment was at 9am. Seriously ridiculous. No one apologized at all. It’s like they didn’t care. I don’t appreciate that type of service.

Arrived and the door was locked for an appointment that was at 3pm

I booked an appointment at this location and it appeared to be shut down (boarded up), so I was unable to be seen, even though the online scheduler approved and confirmed my online booking (and even sent me appointment reminders).

We didn’t have the correct insurance, however the office staff was most pleasant and helpful.
